I was disappointed of the crew, not friendly and attentive. Delay one way for fuel leakage and the plane is so hot. Not that great all around but I’m glad I experienced it so now know better.

Boarding- Good Seat Comfort - OK Crew - Good Food - Mediocre On Time - Very Good

Comfortable but not Polaris or Delta comfort Business Class. Overall 7 out of 10

Awful. I told them to cancel my return flight and they didn’t then charged me +$800 days before the flight for a biz class upgrade bid. When I called to confirm cancellation and get refund on buz class upgrade they said I had to go thru orbitz and it was too late. Scammers. Beware.

Worst: long walk to baggage claim Best: left on time

Flight was delayed, landed with short, but just adequate, time to make connection. TAP knew three from Rome were rushing to connect. Tap transfer agents repeatedly refused to expedite business class pax at any point thru the one long immigration line (while they did for other flights) which resulted in us unable to reach the connecting gate before it closed. TAP staff unconcerned, unwilling to investigate options, and no ticketing assistance available airside which is inexcusable.

Awful experience all around, misleading booking led to disgraceful baggage charge at gate. Tiny uncomfortable seats with little drinks served in small paper cups filled halfway. Difficult to use bathrooms the whole flight and now on the way back we’re stuck in Lisbon a day later because of a diversion on our connecting flight, I will never fly this airline again.

Of course food only if you pay and no entertainment. As always with TAP they collected hand luggage and you must check in. This happens mostly with TAP and is not acceptable because others are having three pieces or more. TAP should be consequent and collect hand luggage only from those who have more than one piece.

TAP needs to allocate gates at airport. Boarding and disembarking using buses is tortures in hot weather.

Packing people into a bus like sardines and then making them wait for at least 10-15 minutes before driving them to a location a mile away is not the way a national airline should represent itself. And it seems like everyone chosen for additional screening was a woman. What is up with that?
