Pros: Nice crew, good food.

Cons: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Cons: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.

Pros: Flight was on time.

Cons: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Cons: Time

Pros: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Cons: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Cons: Severe turbulence and many of the Egyptian passengers didn't understand the announcements and were getting up

Pros: Good movie selection. Attentive crew.

Cons: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.

Pros: They were very nice! Always a smile, even after 10 hours with us!

Cons: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Cons: The flight itself was great but it was very late in starting due to technical problems with the aircraft.

Pros: Crew is ok.

Cons: Terrible. Flights delayed by 90 minutes. Then on boarding we as a couple weren’t sat next to each other on the four across plane, but in the two aisle seats. This was bad. But then no one was sat next to my wife. So an empty seat, my wife, me, then a stranger. C’mon Air Canada, figures it out.

Pros: Overnight flight so slept. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Cramped seating. No entertainment.

Pros: Everything was excellent on this flight.

Cons: Maybe the food menu? But it wasn't bad.

Cons: I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket.

Cons: The alertness of the staff, the boarding process, the knowledge of the staff. Not breaking my luggage!

Pros: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Cons: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Pros: The overall experience was so bad, that it is hard to think of anything positive.....oh, one thing. The beer they originally served me was room temperature and the kind stewardess went out of her way to get me a cold one.

Cons: First off there was a 3 hour delay in the terminal at YYZ. Once on board, we sat at the gate for another hour (4 hour delay in total). Finally worst of all, since they are a "discount" airline, they fit in 9 seats per row as opposed to the usual 8 in an airbus 330, and I am sure more rows as well. (3x3x3 vs 2x4x2) I have never been so uncomfortable on a flight in my life, and I had an aisle seat! The guy next to me was an elderly, portly Portuguese man, and because the seats are so narrow, he was spilling over into my seat (no fault of his own). Neither of us could nap And the fare was not particularly cheap at $580 one way. It was truly horrible. I arrived exhausted and am still recovering from jet lag

Pros: The international flights are great. Domestic flight was terrible.

Cons: The extra cost for luggage is excessive. It was $70 per bag Canadian going there and coming back it jumped to €60 per bag. Buyer beware they charge extra for everything! Domestic flights are mildly better than taking the bus. No inflight entertainment...you need to download the app and content too.

Cons: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Pros: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Cons: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Cons: Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.

Cons: As a big guy, the person in front of my was reclining, and literally dug into my knees. I'm 6'3" so I'm not like abnormally large, but yeah. If there was someone sitting next to me this flight would have been absolutely horrendous. Also, no radio? No TV, what is this? the 80s? Earlier?

Cons: Flight was 2 hrs late then when boarding they loaded all of us in a bus. We’re packed in and then stood on he bus for over a half hr waiting for the cleaning crew to finish. Why we didn’t just stay at our gate till it was ready? Idk but everyone seem to not know what they were doing and very unorganized

Cons: Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future.
