The flight was very pleasant, with great service. The in-flight entertainment selection was good, food was tasty. The day we flew, this flight was maybe half-full in coach, which may not be great for BA, but fantastic for leg room! The attendants were lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the continuous water service through the flight, which kept me nicely hydrated. The ice-cream mid-way through movietime was a welcome treat!

It was fine, on time. I didn't have a checked bag or I would have waited in line at check-in for at least 30-45 minutes. Online check-in was relatively easy and digital boarding pass was convenient.

Seats are small, if you need to check a bag it will take forever. The underseat area is much.smaller than other airlines. The flight was very delayed because of some discrepancy regarding the number of passengers. Nothing seemed to be wrong but it took forever!

Nos meus últimos 3 vôos pela TAP, a tripulação vem se mostrando muito mais cordial e até mesmo divertida, sendo bastante simpática. Ainda pode melhorar? Claro que sim, mas agora não tenho mais "medo" de pedir um copo d'água a mais para os comissários.

Sei que a tendência dos vôos low cost é não oferecer muito conforto aos passageiros, mas o espaço entre as cadeiras está ridículo até mesmo para pessoas com estatura mediana como eu (1,80 m). A poltrona, apesar de não reclinar, era até confortável, mas os meu joelhos ficaram espremidos pela poltrona da frente. Sem contar que, para um vôo de 3h, deveria ser disponibilizado algum entretenimento, mesmo que através do wifi (como já fazem as cias. brasileiras - se no Brasil já fazem, qualquer país do mundo é capaz de fazer!)

Possibly of direct flight. Had to book earlier flights due to deteriorating health of brother who fied tbis week thus had to pay for 2 flight

Having pushed to just fly for reservations and no warning that this company doesn’t allow for change if plan as brothers health took for the worst andhad to fly earlyier to see him before he died. I will never again use just fly for any bookings and have told my family members and friends about this company poor customer service. Buyer beware if you use just fly. Air transat said they would havé refunded us but it was up to just fly that we had to go through. Never again just fly.

I don't like the fact that I am still at the airport in Montreal looking for a flight to leave Montreal. I came 3 hours before the flight, I tried the machine I couldn't find my reservation. I thought the problem was with the machine, went to the agent same problem. they gave me that number +18553331101 to chek with the air transat customer care, they couldn't find the reservation either, I tried then to call the number provided on the reservation confirmation +18774964815, no answer, even the flight was delayed for almost 30 minutes, I still couldn't get on board. Now I'm still at the airport looking for a flight to leave. my question now is after all of that are you guys still going to charge my card that $226.43?

Staff were very helpful and considerate.

Breakfast was disappointing, I would prefer something savoury. As another passenger commented ... "It was not worth being woken up for a muffin and juice." The entertainment was excellent, however the screen lit up repeatedly for announcements about an offer of connectivity while we were all trying to sleep. Those who had wished to avail of it had probably done so long before. It was quite annoying and intrusive.

I flew overnight from Toronto, Canada to Dublin and had a relatively pleasant experience. The food and drink trolleys came by quite quickly and frequently, and the food exceeded my expectations. The crew was friendly, for the most part. Boarding certainly could've been smoother... But overall, I'd fly Aer Lingus again for an overseas trip.

Having had bad experiences with Aer Lingus before, I was hesitant to book with Aer Lingus again. But sadly, I was booking this flight last minute and had no other option. The route was Dublin to Calgary, via Toronto. I left myself plenty of time im Toronto to clear customs as I know it can take a while. The day of, the flight ended up being 1.5 hours longer than usual due to headwinds, leaving me with only 2.5 hours in Toronto. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for my bag and missing my connecting flight (my sister who was also on the same flight received hers in 30 mins and made the flight). Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me.

Aer Lingus lost my sister's luggage going to Ireland and never contacted my sister once the luggage was found. She only received it the day we flew back to Calgary. Poor customer service when inquiring about the bag, no compensation for necessities purchased.

This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!

Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me.

Aer Lingus lost my sister's luggage going to Ireland and never contacted my sister once the luggage was found. She only received it the day we flew back to Calgary. Poor customer service when inquiring about the bag, no compensation for necessities purchased.

This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!
