The only problem was that I could not check in till morning 4 hours before my flight. Everything else was great

A lot of empty seats so room for sleeping and good choice of movies.

No information about the delay, no vaucher not excuses. Crew non existent during the flight compared to Asian airlines. Food was so so and not the greatest way to come home.

Flight delayed and changing of gates

To far from one gate to the other, you need a shuttle

Movie app required, but not compatible with laptop. Seats were worn. Could not complete work tasks as no internet available.

Best trip ever, flight crew fantastic. Great hospitality from the crew, pleasant and very personable. Will definitely fly Swiss Air again.

Not enough sandwiches for all passengers on board Seat rows very close together, no way to avoid contact with seat in front

Unexpected food/snacks that were provided.Good crew and the plane was on time.

Poor boarding process. Plane change caused poor seat selection after they changed the seats that we paid extra for. Very little leg room for an overseas flight.

Boarding is as usual chaotic

The service on our flight was absolutely amazing, the food was surprisingly great, and the long ride was as comfortable as it could have been in an economy booking.

My entertainment pad malfunctioned the whole time, even after it was reset. Thankfully I had enough things to keep me busy on my own, but it still would have been nice to have.

Flight Attendant Precious was just as her name precious and was very impactful in my amazing journey experience.
