No paper towels in bathroom. Aisle seat difficult to get out of Other than those, excellent service

Plane was packed but flew on-time, and the comfort level was great! All planes are a bit cramped, but the in flight entertainment was superb, snacks were nice, and the crew was polite. Got into Calgary on schedule...all we could ask for

All good but I could barely get my arms and legs into the room in front of me. Have never been so cramped before. Plane left the gate on time, taxied very quickly and took off without waiting. Unique. Arrival on time. No problem

I had a good experience. I liked being informed about the status of my luggage

Terrible confusion btw air Canada and United. Wasn’t able to change ticket because I had purchased on kayak. Rethinking booking tickets on this site, and will try to avoid United and aircanada going forward.

The plane is too cramped! Zero leg room and when the person in front of me put their seat back they were basically laying in my lap.

They canceled my flight and then refused to reschedule me on another flight. I had to take a train. No compensation. I won't use Air Canada again.

Great overall. Quick boarding, attentive staff - great experience in premium class.
