Overall great experience, flight was good and crew was focused on safety and comfort
Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.
Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class
Checking in took very long for whatever reason. Flight comfort these days is always poor so… Crew was great thought!
Everything was good, flight was smooth and on time Like service
Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
Everything was very good. I felt that the value received in paying for Business Class tickets was very good. The entertainment offered was plentiful, but could be improved with more recent options as well. By no means a deal-breaker. The staff were awesome, in the airport, at the gate and onboard.
bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.
Together with my family, we all agreed that the LOT crew provided the most wonderful service that could be. We are grateful for such a great experience they provided to us! We will return and share our experience with all our friends and family.! Keep up the good work!
The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.
It sure why I’m being contacted by kayak, wrong info provided which resulted in quite a bit of confusion. I booked with experien, why am I being contacted by kayak?
Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
It was much better than most airlines we have flown with. It remo des me Swiss Air 25 years ago.
Zürich-NY part of the trip was really good! Enjoyed professionalism and courtesy of the crew, comfort and cleanliness of the aircraft.
The staff were nice people, the food was very cheap, one of the meal was a sandwich or nothing, I couldn't buy any food, mind expensive duty free WAS available right away. 🤒
I took this flight to be able to fly with Swiss instead of Air Canada from Geneva.. The AC planes have a better outfit in Business class than Swiss, but the service aboard Swiss is really best, first-class, as is the food and beverages. Though using the same plane model (A330-300), the interior setup of the cabin starts to show its age, but IMO the planes are better serviced by Swiss than AC. I had in my recent trips with AC way too many technical problems that led to delays or even complete cancellation of my flight.. Their fleet is aging (average 20+ years) and the maintenance has taken a toll compared to years ago. Cutting costs in every corner has to be paid sometime by someone, and it's the travelers at the end that pays for it. Unfortunately for me, flying directly to Zurich puts a much longer after-fly trip on me than Geneva.. so I might go back to direct flight YUL-GVA, even if I don't like flying with AC.

I arrived 59 minutes before the flight in Tampa due to Massive traffic jam and the flight was closed and I was told that I’d simply have to “book a new ticket on line myself and the gate agents couldn’t help me”. Even though the flight was delayed over 30 minutes, (leaving one hour and 29 minutes before departure, they refused to assist in any way explaining that it’s automatic and there can be no exceptions. Horrible experience due to poor management at gate. I fly this option 2-3 times a year and have a good experience with the cabin crew etc. But, Tampa agents are not trained or allowed customer service. I once was a gate agent for USAir, I know times have changed, but forcing me to purchase a new ticket and complete indifference and inconvenience. No thanks
Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.
They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.
Great, the item that impressed us. The most was the fact that some of us were gonna have a tight connection and the crew invited those people with the tight connection to stand up and leave the plane early. Great idea and it worked for us
Overpriced. Exploitative price gouging. Appreciated getting bumped up to a seat with more leg room though.
Announcements were unintelligible. Entertainment system was non-existent. Ground crew kept changing story for flight delay.
All went smoothly from Miami to Montreal from boarding to arriving to Montreal. Flight left on time and arrived on time.
Over all good except the food was not good at all
Plane was late. Too many announcements during the flight. Made me pay that deposit. Uncomfortable seats.
It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.
Flight delay due to staff shortage. No snack or drinks served. Toilets had water collecting on the floor.
After waiting for hours of delays, the flight was canceled. We missed our flight to Iceland from Toronto. We tried for hours to get a reasonable replacement flight, but it was the next day before we could even schedule another flight days later. We had to cancel our anniversary trip because we could not get to Iceland on time to keep our reservations. We won’t be flying Air Canada again as they just don’t have the infrastructure to deal with cancellations.
There was a problem with air condition during flight to Toronto. We together with other passengers complained abou it, but crew werent able to solve that. My wife got sick after this flight…..
The longer flight on our leg back to the US was fine. Boarding was great, we had to stay on the runway for a bit after boarding… they kept it cool uncomfortable.
Flight cancelled. Options were not good and I was rebooked with no discussions or options offered.
In my first flight with Air Canada we sat in the plane for 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Finally we were asked to get off the plane and we were told the flight was cancelled after 7:00pm There was o clear explanation of what was the problem. I was booked without my permission on a Delta Flight at 7:30pm that was leaving at 8:00pm and I still had to go get my luggage(my final destination was Rome with one stop in Toronto. The luggage claim for Canada was closed so had to return to finally get it on the luggage belt.. Of course I missed the Delta flight and all the next day flights were booked. I also lost what I paid for my stay in Rome because I did nt cancel in time. A complete nightmare.
The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!
Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.
Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.
Crew was very slow with service esp food and picking up trash. Didn’t even do a last trash pick up before landing Waited 1.5 hours after food to take our trash and was trying to give coffee and tea when they hadn’t yet taken our trays away which was ridiculous esp for people trying to nap or needing to get up to use restroom When someone was sleeping instead of coming back later or skipping them they were trying to shove their stuff on me as if we were related just bc both of us were Indian when I told them clearly no. It was ridiculous.
Never took off on time. Always delays flying with Lufthansa. Seems like the planes are getting more and more uncomfortable as well. No room to even stretch out your legs. Pathetic. More likely will book next flight with someone else.
Food was the most mediocre I have experienced on a transatlantic flight. Crew and staff were superb. Comfort was OK. For the first time ever, my luggage was misplaced between Lufthansa change of flight number and a replacement United flight.

The flight was fine. The food was much better on the second flight. I have NEVER paid for a carry on bag on a zero economy flight booking. I'm very dissappointed about that, and will never fly Condor again.
Internet was advertised in-flight but not accessible. The foot rest in premium economy was stuck. For both nobody I asked was able to provide an answer/solution. However, this will not stop me from booking premium economy again, which I upgraded from my initial economy I had booked for my outbound flight YYZ to FRA.
Take off was not good, too hot inside the plane and seats are beyond uncomfortable.
The return flight, the food was better. Didn't like that even at checkin we still had to pay when only 5 seats were available. Had to pay or would be stuck in the very middle between two others. I had to pay for an aisle and a middle seat. Both were considered prime seats but the two other middle ones were not.
The flight from Saskatoon to Calgary was canceled by WestJet due to the airline strike. Condor, as the main operator, did not inform us. We found out that information just when we arrived at Saskatoon airport. Fortunately, we had enough time to drive to Calgary airport and catch the flight to Frankfurt. We couldn’t claim compensation for the missing flight because nobody takes responsibility for this situation. When we tried to contact BudgetAir, they redirected us to Condor, and Condor redirected us to WestJet. WestJet keeps saying that they are not responsible for the ticket that was bought from a third-party company.
The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.
The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
the new plane was great, up to date and very spacious (premium economy). the seats could have used a bit more cushioning, but overall very nice. the food was amazing and the options were quite nice. onboard entertainment was sufficient for the entire flight. The boarding times changed frequently, and didn't really ever fly on time... kind of always late...
No blankets were provided for my flight from NY to Frankfurt. Meals were were cold and tasteless. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight. The pilot said ground crew would provide accommodation for connecting passengers but none were there to provide any assistance.
