Cons: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Pros: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Cons: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Cons: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.

Pros: Long flight, the pillows and heavier blankets were a nice welcome. Pretty empty flight on the way to Iceland so everyone was allowed to stretch out.

Cons: The seats are too hard to sit in for more than an hour or two, and would sometimes not stay reclined. There were no free snacks or food, and it was a five hour flight.

Cons: Boarding was really uncomfortable - line starts at one floor and then you have to slowly climb the stairs one step at a time while holding your carry on bag. Line move slowly because of required security questioning at the gate. It’s an absolutely normal procedure and staff was really nice, but stairs - that’s what make your experience unpleasant.

Pros: Got assisted to the plane by airport staff as I was in a wheelchair

Cons: If the flight actually left! It was canceled for a reason that was not given. I was rebooked the next day on another airline. Lost a whole day.

Pros: Love the 757 fleet of Icelandair. Professional crew.

Cons: Every flight was late and no effort to do anything about it. Flying in the mid 400’s turned a 1hr 40min layover into a run for the connection. Far be it to use more fuel to deliver on your schedule. I’ve been on too many flights where the pilot found the gas pedal to make up for things on the ground to not think this is Icelandair policy and therefore will have a good chance of happening to me again with them.

Pros: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Cons: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Cons: Have a bigger airport in Reykjavik. Being bussed between connections is not efficient or comfortable and leaves little time in the layover portion of the journey.

Pros: Great aisle seat on a modern plane.I was in the middle seat on an older plane for the trip there (close to 8 hours), and it wasn’t as comfortable. The trip from Reykjavík to Seattle was great: comfortable seat and more room, though they were both in the same fare class.

Cons: Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either

Pros: at 6"2' the large amount of leg space on Finnair flights is amazing, even in economy class I did not feel cramped.

Cons: This is insulting. I watched my flight pull off from the gate and was then asked to stay at a Holiday Inn. I spent thousands of dollars on my flight, then was forced to spend another $950 on a hotel, food, etc. I was supposed to be home 5 hours ago and still haven’t taken off.

Cons: Being able to reach the airline or vayama would have made it better. The flight was canceled and I couldn't have gone anyway as the wedding was postponed that I had planned to go to and there are stay at home mandates in the US due to COVID 19. It's been weeks and I've given up trying to reach the airline or vayama and it's not clear if I'll get any of my money back. That's the one frustrating thing is not being able to reach anyone.

Cons: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.
