Pros: Crew is nice.

Cons: Had to wait 15 mins because our gate was in use. Seats are old and hard.

Cons: Lots of time waiting to disembark. Some free snacks would be nice to.

Cons: The staff did not want to accept my ticket purchased through kayak, told me that should have bought a ticket directly through air transat, and they told me to buy a new ticket elsewhere if I wanted to travel on that day. So I had to buy a same day ticket with air canada for an additional $900 CAD, and my ticket bought through kayak was useless, making me waste the entire cost of the ticket purchased through kayak.

Pros: I liked having an empty seat next to me?

Cons: As a big guy, the person in front of my was reclining, and literally dug into my knees. I'm 6'3" so I'm not like abnormally large, but yeah. If there was someone sitting next to me this flight would have been absolutely horrendous. Also, no radio? No TV, what is this? the 80s? Earlier?

Cons: It was good enough.

Pros: Easy boarding process

Cons: Crew climbed over my seat multiple times in order to get their stuff from the overhead bins. Also loud when people were trying to sleep

Cons: 24 hour delay in Calgary because of maintenance problems with the plane. Meant I lost one precious day while visiting my 91 year old mother.

Pros: My flight arrangements were not found I had to purchase new tickets and spend additional money for something I had already paid for I wasted all day and it was the worse experience ever.

Cons: There was no food or drinks on an international flight - you had to pay for even a coffee or tea ...... not acceptable!

Cons: The passenger sitting next to me smelled REALLY bad. Like he hadn't washed himself in weeks. Other passengers around me got a whiff too and also reacted the same. I asked the main crew member from my aisle for a seat change but he came back 10 mins later saying there was nothing else available. Later when I was walking around to stretch my legs, I saw there were AT LEAST 10 seats open in the next cabin. Why lie? The entertainment system touch-screen was not working properly and the headphones kept falling out of my ear.

Cons: Could be better, say, like with Singapore Airlines..

Cons: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Cons: The seat pitch was very small, there was no difference in seating in a cramped economy of Air Canada from sitting in a Ryan Air flight

Pros: I liked the northern lights look after boarding upon introduction of the captain and crew members. Everyone was super personal and uninformed looked great. The best part was when they started boarding from the last row, which is the most logical and efficient way to do it

Cons: The seats are so crowded and we were jammed in like sardines. There was insufficient ventilation and it was too warm and stuffy. Not comfortable.

Pros: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Cons: I ordered a gluten free meal by calling transat directly. On the flight I discovered they had no record of my request. Crew were able to find me an alternative meal though. Was frustrating to have made the effort to call in and book it and not then get the requested meal.

Cons: There was a delay of 4 hours to board from Montreal to Paris. with not any justification or valuable reason from the crew.

Pros: Boarding was quick and easy, and the gate attendant was quite friendly.

Cons: Very rude crew members; delay leaving YVR. Instead of being honest and upfront about having to leave an HOUR later--and also lying by saying that we'd be flying into Gatwick in only 8.5 hours as opposed to 9.5--they made us wait in our seats while the craft supposedly waited for food to be loaded. The best line was, "Our plane will be landed an hour earlier! But because London doesn't like it when we land early, we're going to wait here for a while on the tarmac so we make it there on time."

Pros: Crew was amazing, personable,joked around. I though boarding would take forever but very smooth.

Cons: Honestly...being stuffed in like sardines ....it is getting worse. maybe the older I get the more I see it....but its so uncomfortable. I think the old days were much better!

Cons: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Cons: Friendlier service and more organized to get on plane. All zones weren’t called and then announcement came on saying last call. Also not enough room for bags. Crew member was on phone when we arrived to plane. No explanation on why but made me feel uncomfortable about our safety.

Cons: Flight delayed, sat on plane on ground for 4 hours then missed connecting flight.

Cons: I fell sick and my doctor advised against flying. Tried calling Swiss Air and JustFly.com: 6 calls back and forth and 7 hours on hold, no help. Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket.

Cons: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Pros: Staff were professional and polite.

Cons: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Cons: No food included (and that fact wasn't made clear when speaking to Air Canada on the phone -- which was, itself, a whole fiasco during booking). Exact options for "meal tray" would have been nice to see on the in-flight entertainment system.

Pros: At $320usd per person per direction, you can't beat the price thanks to whatever magical gremlins Kayaks employs to fix prices for them...we flew Air Canada and we'e very pleased with their fleets new addition of 787 dream liners. Do yourself a favor and find a flight on this aircraft. From takeoff to landing, there was never a question about our safety and comfort, and the sleek, organic aesthetic of the dream liner somehow met a new standard for both ergonomy and tech/entertainment. I especially found the sub ports in my personal screen useful.

Cons: Transatlantic flights are too long. Hurry up Science, magic me up some low earth orbit/sonic+ future jets already...Jaesus...

Pros: The crew was so accommodating! They took great care of us and provided us with a meal, drinks, and coffee in the morning. Such a great experience, will definitely fly with them again!

Cons: The seats could have been a little comfier!
