Cons: A couple checked their bags and for some reason ended up not flying with us. So the airline staff spent an hour searching for the bags and delaying the flight as everyone sat on board the plane. No entertainment was available on the plane and the flight attendants were also quite rude. This review is coming from someone who rarely complains or gets mad. If you have the opportunity to fly another airline, I would recommend it.

Pros: Boarding was quick, but when you're in Premier Global whatever you go on first, so that doesn't mean much. The stewardess was nice enough, but didn't have much to offer from United.

Cons: This was a three hour flight. I would have expected a bit more class in business class for three hours. Instead, there was wine in plastic bottles, and a basket of wrapped snacks. Yahoo.

Pros: Flight departed on time. Good seat pitch in economy. Food and beverages included and tasted good surprisingly. Crew were helpful and efficient. Plenty of entertainment options for film, TV and music.

Cons: Do not like the process of boarding by group number. Another way of squeezing money out of the consumer. Also causes chaos when trying to board. Seats too narrow in economy especially if your broad shouldered.

Cons: Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had a bag damaged. I bought a hard shell suitcase just this morning. One flight and the corners were all banged in. Super disappointed in the way they handle bags and glad I brought a carry on for my valuables

Cons: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Cons: The flight was not on time. The staff broke my carry-on zip for expansion and refuse to admit it was a suitcase damage which need to be repair. They said put a belt around it to use it !!!! It is a 1 year new piece of luggage from Delsey which is a very good quality brand and expensive!!!!!!

Cons: I didn’t have a window at all. The staff didn’t offer any snacks to us. My bag was the only one that didn’t make it while I had a plenty long layover.

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Pros: The agent at the gate quickly realized the problem and was able to put me an exit row, which was a nice consolation, but if the flight had been full, I don’t know what would have happened.

Cons: I was bumped from my first class seat with very little explanation why, and wasn’t even informed until the boarding process was underway. My name was never called at the gate before boarding as a “Mr Smith, please come to the gate”, and it was very embarrassing to be pulled out of line like that.

Cons: We had to take a shuttle bus from the gate out to the plane, this made boarding very chaotic. The seats were not very comfortable- they needed more padding.

Cons: There was an absolutely awful job done by both Delta and Kayak of informing us if additional delays, new gate assignments, when the plane would be reboarded. Also, people were quite angry that the plane had to be cleaned between the time we got off and the time we reboarded. Just get us home.

Cons: Plane was almost 2 hours late getting to LA. Started with the crew needing to clear customs in Vancouver. Delayed by 30 minutes....then the crew preboarded a sick lady and her travel companion. At some point crew decided she should not fly to LA, but the ladies wouldn’t get off plane! 45 minutes later and 4 RCMP show up to escort them off plane. Then we didn’t have any ground crew to get us off loading ramp. Finally got away 90 minutes or more after scheduled departure. Circled LA a few times before getting to land.... long flight with long delays!
