Pros: This crew really made the difference for the return leg of my MNL/TPE/SFO trip a most wonderful experience. Prompt boarding, quick deplaning, timely baggage claim, smiling crew, clean facilities, and great food. Comfortable seats really made entertainment more enjoyable.

Cons: Nothing...this trip was a clinic on international travel for a great price.

Pros: Early departure and arrival by over 45mins ahead of schedule

Pros: This time I didn’t have to go into the corral till close to boarding I still can’t believe you cannot bring bottles of water from vendors to bring on the plane if it was allowed I wouldn’t have to keep calling the crew to bring water.. after second request the crew knew I wanted water... flight late

Pros: crew was courteous overall.

Cons: Younger male crew stewards spend a little too much time appeasing female passengers and female stewards. I asked a male steward for something very easy to do, instead he wasted about 30 minutes talking to two female passengers (that had moved from their assigned seats). Lacked discipline.

Pros: Yes, they were nice and approachable at all time. The seat was fine, I slept most of the time

Cons: The airline went on strike and I have to go through the process of disputing the charges since I had no airplane to board. Really caused a problem since it was a international trip.

Pros: LOVED the cup of Ramen anytime snack and curved utensils for eating on a moving plane, genius! Service and quality of product is great. If possible, I will always Choose Cathay Pacific airlines over any US Legacy Airlines to Asia any day!

Cons: Stop shrinking the check-in luggage size and allowable weight every few years. It's a nuisance to have to buy new luggage every few years when perfectly working luggage has to be thrown away because of size requirement shrinkage.

Cons: Being notified in advance that the flight was going to be delayed 40 minutes instead of waiting until the scheduled boarding time to say there was a delay and the delay time was undetermined.

Cons: The crew’s English was awful; this making this Cartier a bad choice for non-Mandarin speaking travelers. The power port is throttled at 20W, make my sleep therapy machine inoperablere so I got no sleep on a 12 hour flight. Food was mediocre at best. Never flying China Eastern again.

Cons: Busted infotainment screen. A perfunctory apology was offered after the flight had landed. None of the crew had any level of proficiency in English and shied from interacting with non-Chinese passengers. And finally, 10-abreast seating on the Boeing 777 is a nightmare.

Pros: New planes. Spotlessly clean. Hard working helpful staff. Good boarding. Adequate legroom by modern standards. Food typical of economy these days. OK. But really good staff.

Cons: Fried rice breakfast out of Rome. Mushy. But overall food out of Sydney, Rome and Shanghai, fine.

Cons: Crew speaks only a couple of words in English. Never flying China Eastern again.

Pros: Boarding was disorganized, the seating was cramped (I'm 6'2"), the lunch was mediocre, and the guy sitting next to me smelled funny. We took off on time and we landed on time. In other words it was a five-star experience, as good as it gets in modern-day air travel!

Pros: I booked my business flight through kayak, but looks like kayak is using Flyus.com who’s has a nasty customer service. Even requesting meals cost money. Air China can’t do anything with my flight and are sending me to the kayak.com. I will never again book through kayak and will be reporting this

Cons: FA’s distributed food but never came back. Also didn’t collect used containers until flight was in decent stage. They were generally unavailable unless you rang the FA button(which I never do)

Cons: Be careful with this airline if you have connections with them. If you’re delayed and miss your connection, they will not help get you onto another flight. You’ll be stranded. Because of this, I had to spend about $1000 to rebook things when my itinerary fell apart because of this one miss.

Cons: Hong Kong Airlines have a lot to answer for with this flight from Beijing to Hong Kong. Inexcusable poor service. Unprofessional.

Pros: The Chinese people were wonderful! But I was required to pass thru security checks 3 times arriving. 3 times transiting and 3 times leaving. At customs, transit and departure. No common sense to their process only"letter of the law". For example I was taking beef jerky to my friends in Thailand but the Chinese security has a meat sniffing dog and they confiscated it as well as the girl in front of me More than $100 worth of jerky. They should have given it back at departure gate. I had to buy more in their duty free shop. Also they cancelled my flight without advising me but did get me on Thai airways later that day. Too much hassle to Transit China

Pros: You give me the suck time form shenyang to Fuzhou . I have to pick up all my stuff and chinking all the stuff to shenyang form Fuzhou . And just a 40 minute how I make it ? And I miss my fly to Fuzhou . I have to buy 2 new tickets form shenyang to Fuzhou ! $400 .. I feel so bad very bad ..

Cons: the transit in Xiamen after my flight from Hong Kong it was 7 hours I have stay in xi amen. The promotion and/or advertisement saying that I have eight hotel for me to rest in Xiamen or a city tour. After I arrived there.all of those was saying nothing provided today. all I can have is leading me to a lough where just seats, tables for passenger to sit there. provided tea, water, Chinese made coke with natural temperature no ice . just sit there for 7 hours to wait for my connection flight to LAX
