Delayed twice then cancelled at 02.00 in the morning. Left 300 people to sleep on the terminal floor overnight. Zero communication due to zero Air Canada staff.
Packed very carefully and did a 4 day trip with a 'personal item' only. Much less trouble than a carry on. Only 'entertainment' i need is the flight map. Did not work.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
Flight attendants are great. Seat was fairly comfortable. WiFi is for a fee unless you happen to enter an Air Canada member number *when booking*. Cannot change this in flight. Vegetarian food was tasty but lacked protein of any kind.
The flight from Anchorage to Vancouver was OK, but the seats are quite uncomfortable.
Longer lines at Air Canada to check.. could not get my boarding pass online.
Check-in was quick and efficient, the flights were smooth and comfortable and the food was fairly tasty. Eating beans while in a tin can in the sky is not necessarily the best choice. Our luggage came quickly and easily.
If I’m gonna sit in the 39th row You might as well let me on after the first class passengers Especially if I have no luggage for overhead Just a thought
Noticed a marked difference in keg room from last flight. Would consider other airline on next red eye.
It was great! Very comfortable plane, crew was great, would definitely take this flight again.
Boarding was done extremely poorly, with huge crowds gate loiterers blocking people from boarding, multiple lines of people trying to merge into one line. One of the male flight attendants who was doing drink service was not happy about having to let a passenger back to their seat and was unnecessarily sassy about it. I thought he was pretty entitled and not a great ambassador for JetBlue
Flight emergency landed in Chicago due to “Odor” in back of plane . Had to buy ANOTHER TICKET to get to Boston cash out of my own pocket . Then they would notchange my return flight time without a 400. Charge!!!! Insulting.

Qatar Airways only had spicy meals on the menu in economy class. You might want to get food in the airport before boarding.
Friendly crew. Poor food service maybe due to full flight. All in all, you get what you pay for.
Worst flight experience ever flights canceled. JetBlue told us just did not even bother standing in line to come back in one and a half hours then without any information we had to go pick up all of our luggage and spend over $2000 in accommodation just to get home. JetBlue said that the next flight available for us to get home would be three days later. Absolutely absurd hasn’t offered to give us any compensation do not fly JetBlue horrible company. They said it was based on the weather and the weather is great in all locations that we would’ve been flying to total hoax. I think it’s a conspiracy theory.
Jetblue needs to improve on Onboarding as it seems to always be behind on departing. It never leaves on time. I would recommend to have an earlier Onboarding in order to leave on time and respect your customers time as well.
One of the crew members, a male complained about my bag being too heavy, which I felt was really unnecessary. I am disabled and would have carried it myself if I thought it was going to be a problem. In addition the landing was rough because everyone gasped in unison which it touched down.
Landing was bad. Gate issue or something for 1 hour. Missed my taxi, thus paid triple for the ride to my hotel.
Plane is old and seats are worn. Add to it the plane was dirty. No plugs for laptop.
