EVA! What is going on with your food!?!? Pre pandemic I used to go to Taiwan at least twice a year and always flew EVA — the food was consistently tasty for airplane food. Post pandemic, it’s not great at all. Step it up!

Flight Attendants could have been nicer and food portions could be bigger.

Great experience, comfort and food is delicious. Always great service and one time

The food from Los Angeles to Taipei made me throw up. The flight is also not comfort. But the staffs are very friendly and nice.

I have never heard of EVA air before but I am so happy my wife and I were able to flight on their planes twice. Everything on these flights just felt better than their competitors. As someone with longer legs any bit of extra leg spaces is appreciated. The different options for food and drinks were also a plus. They were extra careful to make sure my wife's eating restrictions were taken care for. They had a before take off and landing announcements on the built in tablets for each seat and it gave out information that was very helpful. Such as what and how to declare your items in the specific country you landed in, any odd items that may be illegal to bring it (and even the reasoning why) and any other information you might need to make your post flight experience better. The only downside was there were "forced" ads on the tablet at take off for maybe 5-10 minutes but honestly, this flight was the cheapest option and had all the benefits listed above that is such an easy trade off. Im keeping an eye out for EVA air going forward.

Aircraft was late getting to the gate - probably due to weather. We left the gate one hour late and had to wait another hour since we lost our slot in the takeoff queue. Our box was very wet and was falling apart when we got to Clark. It appears that luggage was exposed to weather in TPE while waiting to be loaded. Crew, however, handled the delay well and was able to provide planned service.

Sub sandwhich for a snack through mid flight and giving a bottle water was a good idea

Everything is good staff is polite and helpful flights are on time sub sandwhich for a snack was good with a bottle of water only thing maybe more variety of food like breakfast or dinner depends on the time

The flight was uneventful and the crew was kind and professional. Really appreciate the option to order a vegan meal for the flight!

I absolutely loved my flight from Taipei to LAX. I was originally assigned to a different seat, however one of the stewardess noticed I was uncomfortable in my seat. She offered to move me to a more comfortable setting. Although she didn’t have to do what she did, I am more than grateful and thankful for her doing so. My longer flight felt much more comfortable, just by her taking notice. I really appreciate her.

Overall was a lovely experience. The crew were kind and courteous throughout the entire flight.

Better organization of boarding procedures. Terrible leadership guiding people to gates.

Been flying with China Airline over years many times. Good experience with them, no issues.

China Airlines crews are very excellent doing their job. Very friendly and hardworking. I will always choose China Airlines over and over. Thank you all for making my flight comfortable. God bless to all the staff. :)

Staff was so nice and very helpful with directions aswell!

Most relaxing long distance flight I have been on. And I have flown on many.

Not great, will likely try to fly another or maybe I should have upgraded my ticket? Needed Air…

My ticket did not indication which group I was in for boarding; the gate attended help me

There was a flight attendant named Angela who took care of me because I injured my foot badly right before the flight. Because of the service she provided I will always fly Cathay.

they are deley vancouver to hankong 3 hour after honkong 20 hour stay there honkong not visa approved and they cant help to visa so we are stay in airport 20 hour even honkong staf very bad person they cant do for us 6 hour we arround they said you there you go there waste time next time i dont want to go cathay stay in honkong

it was a great experience as far as business class.. but I have had better meals and wine on other airlines.. that said.. the price was a great value for what I got in return.. crew made the difference.

Cabin crew is very helpful and nice, it is another level of service compared to Air Canada

Entertainment for kids was good. Good was terrible, needs lots of work.

As before, my only problem was not being able to download my boarding passes prior to arrival at the airport. Everything else was perfect.

So so, crew was overly professional and lacks human touch. Equipment is very old, especially the HKG-PVG CX366 flight. That plane along with its decor must have twenty years of history, or at least I had that impression.

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.

Crew was great. But a bit understaffed. The business class seat, etc were dated. But comfortable. Some legs had entertainment system from a decade ago. Selections were rather poor. Food was mediocre at best. Actually poor for business class standards. I liked the lounge in Hong Kong. Showers were great. Food was nice.

Very noisy and careless crew on this overnight flight. They should understand customers want to sleep
