EVA! What is going on with your food!?!? Pre pandemic I used to go to Taiwan at least twice a year and always flew EVA — the food was consistently tasty for airplane food. Post pandemic, it’s not great at all. Step it up!

EVA! What is going on with your food!?!? Pre pandemic I used to go to Taiwan at least twice a year and always flew EVA — the food was consistently tasty for airplane food. Post pandemic, it’s not great at all. Step it up!

Flight Attendants could have been nicer and food portions could be bigger.

Great experience, comfort and food is delicious. Always great service and one time

Excellent service from check in to boarding the crew is so pleasant to asked

The food from Los Angeles to Taipei made me throw up. The flight is also not comfort. But the staffs are very friendly and nice.

I have never heard of EVA air before but I am so happy my wife and I were able to flight on their planes twice. Everything on these flights just felt better than their competitors. As someone with longer legs any bit of extra leg spaces is appreciated. The different options for food and drinks were also a plus. They were extra careful to make sure my wife's eating restrictions were taken care for. They had a before take off and landing announcements on the built in tablets for each seat and it gave out information that was very helpful. Such as what and how to declare your items in the specific country you landed in, any odd items that may be illegal to bring it (and even the reasoning why) and any other information you might need to make your post flight experience better. The only downside was there were "forced" ads on the tablet at take off for maybe 5-10 minutes but honestly, this flight was the cheapest option and had all the benefits listed above that is such an easy trade off. Im keeping an eye out for EVA air going forward.

Aircraft was late getting to the gate - probably due to weather. We left the gate one hour late and had to wait another hour since we lost our slot in the takeoff queue. Our box was very wet and was falling apart when we got to Clark. It appears that luggage was exposed to weather in TPE while waiting to be loaded. Crew, however, handled the delay well and was able to provide planned service.

Sub sandwhich for a snack through mid flight and giving a bottle water was a good idea

Everything is good staff is polite and helpful flights are on time sub sandwhich for a snack was good with a bottle of water only thing maybe more variety of food like breakfast or dinner depends on the time

The flight attendants should be nicer, on my first flight I told them I’d prefer a veggie meal sometimes and then she began to lecture me about it, it was a late flight and I wanted an easy digestion meal so that I can sleep quickly. The meals were abit odd, breakfast on my last flight had eggs, oatmeal and fish, did not taste good at all, strange combination. The economy seats are very tight and crowded, not comfortable at all. Overall for the price I paid I thought I was going to get more.

I love my Delta crew, they were so welcoming and helpful.

I absolutely loved my flight from Taipei to LAX. I was originally assigned to a different seat, however one of the stewardess noticed I was uncomfortable in my seat. She offered to move me to a more comfortable setting. Although she didn’t have to do what she did, I am more than grateful and thankful for her doing so. My longer flight felt much more comfortable, just by her taking notice. I really appreciate her.

Overall was a lovely experience. The crew were kind and courteous throughout the entire flight.

Sat next to a woman who had her period. Blood was on her seat and on the arm rest between us. I ended up having period blood on my jacket and shoes. Very gross!

Better organization of boarding procedures. Terrible leadership guiding people to gates.

They need to improve on how the plane lands cause it was not smooth at all.

Been flying with China Airline over years many times. Good experience with them, no issues.

China Airlines crews are very excellent doing their job. Very friendly and hardworking. I will always choose China Airlines over and over. Thank you all for making my flight comfortable. God bless to all the staff. :)

Staff was so nice and very helpful with directions aswell!

Most relaxing long distance flight I have been on. And I have flown on many.

Cabin crew is very helpful and nice, it is another level of service compared to Air Canada

Entertainment for kids was good. Good was terrible, needs lots of work.

As before, my only problem was not being able to download my boarding passes prior to arrival at the airport. Everything else was perfect.

If I had blood clots, that window seat would've killed me for certain.

So so, crew was overly professional and lacks human touch. Equipment is very old, especially the HKG-PVG CX366 flight. That plane along with its decor must have twenty years of history, or at least I had that impression.

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.

Very noisy and careless crew on this overnight flight. They should understand customers want to sleep

The flight was delayed for 30 mins. The overall experience was good.

Overall, it was ok. However, the food was very sub-par.

The economy seats are much indeed roomier. Meals needs improvement.
