The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sitting in front of us, we noticed from her conversations we witnessed with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business class. She was sat in 16A. Firstly she was talking loudly the majority of the flight with two other men, one of which was leaning over the seat in front of her. This was disturbing as they were talking loudly and we were not able to sleep. The 12 hour long flight turned into a nightmare, even the noise cancellation didn’t work for their chatter. Secondly she requested extra meals from the crew for her male friends. We believe the meals came from business class. They also took their e-cigarettes out and were caught the cabin crew, but no further action was taken. Sitting in economy and seeing this is extremely disheartening. Next time I will book Emirites, I don’t think their staff would be allowed to behave like this.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

Flight attendants were harsh, food could be better, took way too long to pick up food trays, were stuck with the crying babies the entire to and from trip. Restrictions of 8 kg for cabin luggage is ridiculous that’s barely 2 pairs of pants, shirts, shoes. There shouldn’t be any restrictions on the carry on luggage size except the checked in luggage. Attendants don’t even help with putting luggage in cabin space. Attendant picked up food tray and spilled cherry juice all over my husband and has the nerve to come back to ask why he hadn’t changed his clothes.

Sadly, the plane was extremely old and uncomfortable. The entertainment system broke down completely. We couldn't even charge our phones. The seats were also very uncomfortable, with a very slim seat cushion. It must be the result of having 9 seats where there used to be 8.

I canceled this flight after turkish airlines did not provide any consideration for a death in the family while in Singapore

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

There was no entertainment at our seats. The flight was comfortable and we had leg room. The snack we had was really good.

Economy seats were surprisingly comfortable, and snacks not too bad. Checked luggage arrived at destination without problems. It was annoying to wait until last to board as lowest-tier seats but understand it’s difficult to gauge when loading a full plane At least checked carryon luggage seemed to come off first. Annoying to have to use app to order food/drink when wifi availability didn’t allow time for it. Advance communication would have helped Food on menu seemed highly processed and unpalatable, overpriced and over packaged. So maybe a good thing to have missed chance to order

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.

Glasses of water very small, no any snack and at the second time that the air attendant serve water or juice, she ignored us, only some passengers had something to drink.😕

Seating is comfortable, boarding is well organized. Toilets are very small. Even though I’m petite, still find no room to move around. Toilet paper holder hanging loosely, eventually they fell on the floor. The small sink is too shallow that causes water splashing on the floor. It doesn’t look pleasant. I didn’t purchase food or watch the entertainment, so no comments.

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

A350 has great entertainment. Make sure to watch the plane's external tail and nose camera's on landing and take off. Seats were a little hard for a 10 hour flight. I am gluten intolerant, they had good alternative meals for me on the flight.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

It was a good flight. The boarding was smooth and timely managed. They offered in advance to dispatch cabin luggage at no cost. I suggest to add a snack and basic drinks. There was only water provided in the cost of the ticket.

Flight delay wasn’t managed well. I was booked for the next flight for 2 days later!

Staff and crew were very helpful. I wish there was less delays on the flights that made it stressful for the connecting flights.

It was alright, you are sure about your bags even though they will be bag checked, you will get them back once you disembark.

Very bad plain although I paid A business class ticket I was stuck in a stiff fixed seat without any entertainment or Wi Fi for 5 hours I will never ever book a flight on British airline.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

To take off on time but warned about a possible delay by enail which was good

Everything was great except for online checkin. That was through BA- glitchy and needed help on seat choice in person at the airport (and the staff were fantastic). Unclear if the problem is due to booking lower fare thru kayak vs directly with Finnair or BA but seems to be the norm.

Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours

Pre flight food options were not working and made the flight not enjoyable. Post experiences of British airways have been positive, but this is enough to stop me using British airways again

Horrible experience! We sat in the plane at the gAte and had a delay of about 4 hours! Captain said it was due to the tug not being able to disengage from the aircraft . When we finally took off it was evident that we had missed out connection and tbough BA rebooked us on a later flight it caused us to miss an orientation meeting and dinner in Geneva. Once in the second flt from gatwick to Geneva we again were delayed( again sitting in the plane )for an hour after boarding waiting for apparently an air traffic problem to resolve. Another annoyance was paying seat fees twice to upgrade our seats towards the front of the plane to ensure overhead cabin space and were told at the gate they are boarding from the rear! This should be stated when making reservations!! On the first flight from Jfk there was a sick person on board snd they asked for assistance. For the rest I of the flight a person kAyed on the glue if the planes covered in blankets . Very unsettling to say the least!I have several flights booked with BA and I’m seriously rethinking this. When you pay for seat selection but there website doesn't allow you to check in, they shouldn't force you to a middle seat where both random people around you invade your seat

Some of the crew weren't really nice. The seats were uncomfortable. Absolutely no entertainment system at all. The pilot was good though and completed the trip in a shorter time than expected which was great for me.
