It was great honestly the cabin crew were warm and welcoming everything was perfect the food was nice.

Didn’t like anything about the flight: I am so frustrated at this point. Since 8 days I have been dealing with your customer service regarding my seat changes. I paid $51.10 for extra legroom seats and one fine morning I get an email that my seats have been changed. I tried to contact the customer service and they have been just fooling me around stating that my issue will be resolved. Saudia is the worst airline. Pathetic. On the day of my travel, I came at the counter and the guy told me that my seat assigned is 36A and my wife’s seat is different. He then changed my seats to 33A which is not at all a extra legroom seats. I asked the person is these seats are extra legroom he said yes and when I came to the aircraft I am sitting in a normal seat. The TCR Shameer Ansari or Sameeri Ansari came and did nothing telling me that he tried his best find a solution. I need someone to contact me ASAP and I need a refund for the entire flight. I don’t need your Al Fursan points they are worthless. Contact me ASAP.

It was a disaster. The crew was so rude and had no professionalism. She dropped something onto the floor, then took it from the floor and put it into the food tray. Also, when she got some spilling, she went straight to the toilet, got some tissue and started cleaning the food trolley

My gag was left at liayad airport when I landed at jeddah airport 9 am I waited for my bags at jeddah airport till 2.45 pm almost 6 hrs bad very bad

Seat space was tight and uncomfortable. There was hardly any cushioning giving me a terrible tail bone ache. Getting and out was extremely cramped. We paid for seat choices and felt totally ripped off. Food was mediocre. By the time the servers served 2 or 3 rows they ran out of this or that option as we saw on the inbound trip also. This is infuriating. Entertainment choices were extremely limited for such a long haul. The screen froze on occasion and did not switch off when the on off button was pressed. When it did it came back on its own in 5 seconds. The airlines has gone downhill since last year.

Crew was amazing as usual. Very comfortable for a 13hour flight. Check in at ATL was terrible. Ticket counter charged me $200 for a small bag. Apparently Kayak sold me a zero luggage ticket. No carry on no checked. So the check in desk charged me a bullshit $200 dollar fee for a small gym bag weighing less than 20lbs. In true 3rd party ticket buying. This will turn into a finger pointing process between Kayak and Etihad. Now I'm going to have to ship my bag back in the mail a day ahead of my return flight.

We booked a business class ticket via Underpricer. Somehow they screwed up our ticket from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad. We will be hesitant to book again with them.

I was charged $604 for a bag that weighed 17 kg. I was given three different prices until they landed on the most expensive one and didn't budge a penny. It's ironic and a bit enraging because the total cost of my ticket was $468. I've traveled the world and never experienced these kind of prices for only one piece of checked luggage.

flight was full and folks coming from Dubai all wear this strong perfume (OUD) which is annoying. Also, not sure why but these fools all stand up and get ready to bail once the plane stops. they seem to all run for the door which is funny AF. The food and drinks were below the normal standard we expect from Turkish Airlines. On a 4 hour flight we received 1 drinks service and 1 food service, the latter was a cheese omlete, which is well below what we have received in the past, such a shame we always recommend this airline..

What I did not like was that the airline changed my seat in Bodrum to one that was not in business class. Up until that moment I was in seat 1A. Then suddenly they told me I was in seat 1K and my "tablet was not working". - meaning my tv screen. I said that was not ok and they said go tell them in Istanbul. Each Turkish Air rep that I consulted told me there were no available seats in Business class. Finally I talked to the 4 airline representatives outside the lounge. When I talked to a woman and explained I wanted to change my seat back to what I had, A lady consulted something, asked me if I signed anything, then turned to a man nearby and spoke in Turkish. The man consulted someone and spoke in Turkish to the woman. Then she said my seat was now A1. Why was my seat changed out of business class in the first place? What would have happened if I had not talked to someone at the lounge? I am totally confused.

I liked everything: the work of the flight attendants, the work of the crew, the frequency on the plane and in the toilet.

Boston → London: A Surprisingly Poor Start My journey began on a disappointing note. On a 6-hour Business Class flight, I was surprised to discover that there wasn’t a single proper vegetarian meal option available. I was offered a few bakery items only after repeatedly requesting something to eat. The flight attendant shrugged, offered no solution, and eventually — quite literally — threw some bread at me after much delay. This was not only disheartening, it was extremely surprising given my wonderful Business Class experience with BA last year. I stepped off that flight genuinely hungry and had to make a mad dash to the lounge just to get a proper meal. London → Mumbai: A Complete Turnaround The next sector restored my faith in British Airways. The entire crew was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Phiroze, Sara and the entire team serving the Business Class cabin — their professionalism, hospitality, and thoughtful service were extraordinary. They truly embodied what makes British Airways a global leader, and I am deeply grateful for the experience they provided. This is the BA I know and love. Mumbai → London: A Strange Meal Schedule This sector was generally fine, but the meal timing was puzzling. Lunch at 10:30 AM — for a Business cabin — felt unusual, and most passengers, including myself, barely touched it. The rest of the service was smooth, but the scheduling definitely needs a rethink. London → Boston: Mixed Experience Again The flight itself was decent, but the Business Lounge at Heathrow for this leg was a letdown. Arrived during lunch hours: no hot vegetarian options available Lounge area: dirty dishes everywhere Even after politely alerting the staff, the dishes were ignored and left uncleared For a premium cabin passenger — and at one of the world’s busiest international hubs — this was disappointing. Overall Impression My journey with British Airways felt inconsistent — two great sectors sandwiched between two that fell short of the BA standard. When BA is good, it is world-class. When it misses, the gap is noticeable. I genuinely hope the airline takes this feedback as constructive insight. I continue to believe in British Airways, and I commend the outstanding crew on the London → Mumbai sector — they were the highlight of my entire trip. We were in business class and I had seat # 1. This was a night flight and after dinner was served, lights were dimmed and I went to sleep. The crew were loud and noisy so I didn’t get much sleep. I expect the crew to enjoy themselves but would Appreciate some decency in staying quiet while the passengers sleep

Flying on the Boeing 787 from Seattle to London was everything that I expected. Every thing was great.

1. The website didn’t allow me to checkin from London as I have Bangladesh passport with US permanent resident card. This pushed me to sit with my wife in the middle of two aisle seats, terrible experience! 2. BA should allow within 24 hours to checkin with other passport holders to choose better seats. A 2nd verification of travel documents can be done at the desk about immigration status. 3. Food options were poor for vegetarian passengers, try to introduce healthy options avoiding carb-dense food ingredients.

Our luggage arrived 2 days late when we reached Santorini. We were without cloths and toiletries for two days and didn't had time or means to go and shop everything at reasonable cost. Even though, we filed the report immediately at the airport, there was very less communication to us about when we would expected our luggage and even when it arrived there, they didn't had staff to deliver luggage to our hotel, so we had to go to airport to pick it up, which is very difficult and annoying to do in foreign country where you don't have you own vehicle and you don't have time because your tour is packed with activities. They could have tried to expedite the process and kept us informed and deliver the luggage at our hotel. Also, should have given us compensation for it.

The decided to just remove our booking without telling us. It ended up costing us thousands

The flight was great, due to the impeccable service of the British Airlines staff. This was our first time in Business Class and it was amazing. The flight was delayed over 4 hours due to mechanical issues which is our only complaint of the trip.
