Aircraft itself was ancient, and seat hardware was also very old and worn. Universal outlets puzzlingly only worked for Swiss outlet style. Some flight attendants were helpful and friendly, others were cold and distant. The boarding process was a mess. On the other hand, the food was excellent - best airline food I've ever had.
The chicken on the flight Boston to Zurich wasn’t very good. It was bland passable. Too much sugar in the Cole slaw. Cabbage is an amazing veg and can be much more crisp and alive. Flight attendants were Wonderful! Seats were a bit beat up but okay. In economy it was tight when the person in front learned back the screen became too close.
On time and my bag made it. My parents on British Air had their bag held/lost at LHR, so Swiss definitely won that contest.
There's no entertainment or food service. It was a good flight.
I’m still in Zurich because my British Airways flight was so delayed, I didn’t make the flight to Los Angeles yesterday.
Wonderful, i asked at front gate to change my seat up closer and they gave me a row with no one in it. Very kind of them as the flight was on the light side.
Crew is great and food is ok to good, but boarding is annoyingly slow, plane arrived late (this seems a repeated issue) and the plane is old with armrests which don’t fully rotate and entertainment which doesn’t accept external headsets and screens which don’t respond well to touch.
Flights on time and meals in plane would be greatly appreciated. On time flights is really important.
I try to check in my hand laugage and the girl insisted that my suitcase was too large which was not and was traveling with me on this airline many times. And she charged me and my husband for both suitcases 150$ instead of free they both were 8 kg each. We were the only one who she targeted and the other people who had larger suitcases did not got penalized.
There was one rep who checked us in that was not pleasant she then assisted with boarding passengers on board and informed my husband that his carry on was too big. We had to pay $70 to check in a bag that we always carry on with no issues. I really believe she was isolating us as there was several bags even bigger than his that was brought on the plan. I will be writting a letter in ref6to this rep a d our 1st time experience on Air Baltic operated for SWISS when I return.
Horrible, delayed 3 hours due to a mechanical issue where the plane is deemed unsafe so we had to deplane after an hour on the tarmac. No credit was given even though plenty of passengers missed their connecting flights and then the baggage claim info showed that no flight was being loaded on the carousel whilst the bags were being dropped, so no one knew if it was the right flight or not since the arrivals screen didn’t show anything.
We traveled with a 7 year old that has autism and he is significantly cognitively delayed. Your site makes it known there are no wagons allowed even if they fold down flat and many autistic children cannot travel without one because they are unable to follow directions or cooperate with walking through the airport and are too big for a stroller. Please consider making exceptions for our special needs children. Also it would be very thoughtful if you’d allow seat selection for no fee for special needs families. The autistic child we traveled with must sit behind another adult in our family because he continuously kicks the seat in front of him and is unable to understand why that is disruptive. We had to pay quite a bit extra to have our 4 seats situated with 2 in row 19 and 2 in row 20 directly behind.
The crew was excellent. The turbulence was very bad and they were unable to serve our dinner. The captain informed the passengers that we were going to get water and snack instead. They provided us ample snacks instead. Otherwise the trip was good.
I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.
Service was okay except attendant over served alcohol to passenger and passenger got tipsy and made me uncomfortable

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

The help at check-in area was excellent! The crew on board was great and the legroom and entertainment is excellent!
Contacting Canada air was a disaster. I will never fly Canada air again. If you called their 1-800 number, you were told that you might have to stay on the line for two hours. That is a disgrace. You should be able to speak to a human within the first 10-15 minutes. I went over to a cluster of phones and a lot of people were on hold with Canada air for 2-3 hours. This is why I will never fly Canada air again.
It was a very easy process and my children were very happy about the flight.
We were told every hour that the flight was delayed until finally late in the day the flight was cancelled. We had to wait in line over an hour to finally get another flight. Once on the flight the host was ridiculously incoherent in the loudspeaker in flight - very inhospitable. Not happy with our experience.

Delayed twice then cancelled at 02.00 in the morning. Left 300 people to sleep on the terminal floor overnight. Zero communication due to zero Air Canada staff.
Packed very carefully and did a 4 day trip with a 'personal item' only. Much less trouble than a carry on. Only 'entertainment' i need is the flight map. Did not work.
Our family of four were seated separated entirely from one another. We were hopeful to at least be paired up with our children in groups of two. Remember that no food is provided. You will get two beverages and a single Made Good granola bite size bar. Air Canada Bistro menu is available for purchase. Blankets, pillows, and headphones are also available for purchase.
The check in to receive my pass in Vancouver was a breeze very pleased The flight crew on the other hand I think half of them wished they were somewhere else
This was a special trip so we booked first class. It was obviously an old plane as the seats weren't that comfortable or spacious. We were delayed 45mins taking off as the "little engine that starts the big engines doesn't work". The powered divider between myself and the next seat in first class didn't work and my electrically powdered seat didn't work so I had to move seats to try and get some sleep. Food and drink were good, crew were great. But I'll never fly with BA again.
The A350 is a great plane but BA's seating was incredibly tight (eg compared to the same plane as flown by BA's partner Finnair) and with a middle seat it was very claustrophobic
Staff and crew where very nice and friendly. Just need to improve the timming om the meal and beverages.
Lost bag - again. No help from staff at Nice - they have a handling agent who does nothing No emergency kit Try calling BA - they eventually found the bag - now on later flight. Trying to get someone to help in the short term is impossible. If I am unhappy - then I have to log it on a website. The agent said he was only able to help with future bookings - not assist in the chaos BA had caused. IF YOU WANT SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - PICK ANYONE BUT BA. Personally - I'm joining ABBA (Anyone But BA) again.
Food and entertainment non existent as we were only in the air 25 mins so totally understandable
I asked for assistance for my mobility issues. It took over 45 min to find someone to take me to the security. then I was deposited at the lounge and I was supposed to be picked up. No one came. I almost missed the flight. There was no offer of extra water, snacks or anything on the flight. Food was OK given that I am gluten and diary free. Seats were uncomfortable and very little stow away space.
The crew were friendly and helpful, really appreciated. The food was pretty nice. a smidge more leg room would always be welcome but when you buy cheap you get what you get :)
Was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy and no indication of any compensation.
The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.
They didn’t serve my special order meal. And the “free internet” didn’t work
I had pre-booked a seat but when I checked in it was not assigned to me. I spoke to the agent upon arrival and was upgraded to Economy Plus, which was fantastic.
Wish the plane actually landed at a gate instead of on the tarmac and have the passengers board very slow buses.
The boarding process is a nightmare. They put you on a bus for 30 minutes with no air flow. The process was extremely slow and we were behind schedule so they auto rebooked us on a flight for our layover. The new flight was 4 hours later in the day, we landed an hour and 45 minutes before our layover flight so this was completely unnecessary. When I called to get us back on the original flight the support staff was useless
They made us walk thru entire Frankfurt Airport, which at this age. With very less time, we had to run. It was unacceptable.
The crew was great. Good etc was unacceptable for an overseas flight. Wine with a meal should be complimentary. Seat comfort /space horrible and I am 5‘3“ with heels on. Short haul probably ok but not on long haul flights
Seats are not comfortable. Some of the food was good and some not so good.
Seats were not comfortable, and the problems started when we landed at Frankfurt airport. We waited more than 3 hours to collect our luggage, as a result we missed the connected train to Brussels. Our plans for the trip were ruined that day.
A bigger plane would be more comfortable. We were bouncing off the ground before even lifting into the air, scary!
Seats are small and too close together. Outdated, inoperative entertainment system. Tray table not functional. Hidden recline controls. But 3 hour flight was on time and luggage arrived promptly.
No clear baggage rules. Had to pay at gate for my carry on luggage.
