It could not have been cancelled and the rebooking pro could have been smooth, not requiring me to be on hold and standing at check-in counter at Air Canada (not AC fault) for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous.

It could not have been cancelled and the rebooking pro could have been smooth, not requiring me to be on hold and standing at check-in counter at Air Canada (not AC fault) for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous.

The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.

Food was much better than my outbound flight. On-time. Good service. I had a problem with my entertainment screen, but the attendant fixed it promptly.

All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.

A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.

I paid extra for more comfort, didn't get any better than any other seat, tv didn't work on both seats, it'd

Flight was delayed over one hour and I had to pay to select my seat, even though my booking supposedly had free selection (I paid extra for this at time of booking)

Booked Economy but it translated to economy light for Lufthansa so now we are stuck paying an extra $75 per person both ways for our checked bags. If I had known that, I would have never booked these tickets because it came out to be more than other options. The booking in the kayak side clearly says Economy and has a link to the inormation for Lufthansa which states Economy included a checked bag. Super annoyed about that.

The plane (Mitsubishi CRJ) felt old, creaking and not very new. The crew was okay. Hot water provision was broken so hot beverages could't be served.

It’s a budget-friendly airline, so expect smaller meal and snack portions and no free alcohol to drink on international flights. Airline food is never exciting in economy class, so I always plan on taking my own food and snacks- and I don’t consume alcohol, so no complaints from me! Flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The airplane was newer with USB a+c charging ports, massive infotainment screens, and a lot of entertainment media to choose from. The airplane seats are less padded than other airlines I’ve been to, but the benefit is that there was more legroom because of the thinner seat profiles. Honestly, more legroom gave me more comfort than having more padding on a seat (which just gets flattened over time and repeated use) Overall, I really liked my Condor experiences (4 different planes) from LAX-Frankfurt-Barcelona and back. I would not hesitate to fly with them in the future, if the prices are lower than other companies

They made us walk thru entire Frankfurt Airport, which at this age. With very less time, we had to run. It was unacceptable.

They answer the phone promptly. Crew is friendly and they work efficiently.

I flew premium economy. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom. I am 6’2 I. Tried to rush my teeth in there and ended up getting toothpaste and water in my pants. And the only way to do it was by sitting on the toilet

My flight was delayed twice. It finally left 24 hours later. In addition there were conflicting messages between kayak and condor that made the experience worse.

Upgraded to premium economy at the gate. Well worth it!

The flight was canceled and airlines did nothing to accommodate the passengers. After few hours they booked me randomly on a flight that had long layover and didn’t provide any compensation or effort to help. The crew was rude, no representation on the airport. Everything needs to be on call and agents there had no knowledge or control. For everything, they were like we can’t do it and you need to file a claim later. That was not helpful at all and will not make my travel experience any easier. Very disappointed in their service.

Great plane and flight attendants. The person next to me had a DISGUSTING smelling mouth and breath, so that was nasty to deal with the whole flight. Brush your teeth, people! Condor was amazing, though :-)

It would be nice to have a cleaner facility, it was hard to access it. It was always full of people working in that space. The covers and especially the matt of bad quality and old. Many times reused. I would not use it. Food: the bread rolls were old, and food had strange choices. Chicken was terrible.

There was some nice staff when I entered and left, but the thrre flight attendants who served us were very brusque and rude. I have celiac and when I checked in, I tried to find the option to make sure my meals (stick on a 10+ hour flight after a 3 hour flight and short layover) were gluten free because I didn’t have time to get anything. Couldn’t find the selection for it, and every part of the meal and purchase options were gluten, so I didn’t get to eat. During check in the allergies section should be easy to identify and check so this doesn’t happen. Having more options for gluten free at this time should be easy.
