Counter representative refused to check my luggage despite paying for it in advance
Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.
Good, a bit cramped in the seat as my neighbour was a bit large
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,
The process and flight were both smooth and trouble free
Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment
everything was fine expect massive delays - not the airline’s fault
The checked luggage still hasn't arrived yet. 42 h later. We saw it being unloaded in the stopover location. It was. 5 hour layover so it wasn't a rushed transfer. One positive aspect, it was close to being on time and the crew that came on the clean the plane was very efficient.
All good great price seating very cramped but overall very good
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.
Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.
Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.
Bad experience. My checked bag was lost during this direct flight….how does that even happen?
Bad service as well. Another 3hr delayed flight from chicago to Charlotte.

The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.
The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.
United had no (zero) record of our flight. It took over an hour of us standing in line with surly employee while others waited to get resolved. I have never experienced such poor service and poor empathy.
