great experience just at the end, we got in early and there wasn't anyone at the gate for 30 min so we had to just sit on the tarmac

Loved this first class flight! Awesome food, snacks and drinks. Comfortable seat with foot rest. Good movie. Very friendly crew! Only thing I would suggest is having a screen on seat back in front of me so I didn’t have to watch the movie on my phone.

Flight crew great! No WiFi not great. Someone took my bag not great!

Alaska drastically changed our flight from a direct flight to a flight with connection and a long layover. So we canceled the Alaska flight and we learned a valuable lesson that we will never book through kayak again because the third party travel agent tried to withhold our money.

It was a super old plane so the first class experience was just not luxurious

I’m not sure there is anything that can be improved, even the cost was fantastic.

The flight was fantastic. All the crew staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and they went out of their way to help make it such an enjoyable flight! I think on such a long flight there should have been some food given. Even cheese and crackers and maybe some cookies!
