Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.

Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better
Everything was efficient. Good leg room. Food was good. Staff were friendly.

The flight who provided services on my row had some not-nice attitude and not smiling at all.
Very good , the weather was terrible, but i admired the professionality and politeness and care from the crew, and the excellent contition of the plane
My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
On time. Did not like that I was forced to check my carry on bag. When I got to my seat there was riom to store my bag.
As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.
It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.
Very friendly crew & the flying was smooth and as efficient as possible. I just found the leg room a little cramped and, unfortunately, the seats in front of us when reclined really cramp you up even more.
The flight attendants could have been mote professional, talking about other people's life choices loudly and rudely. Delay to board which seems more and more standard with westjet.
Not having a screaming baby in my row the whole trip would have improved the experience.
West jet once again canceled the flight delaying my travel this is inexcusable they are not capable of running an airline

The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.
Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.
It was delayed then we turned around so not good.
Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it

Seat change. New seat 5 rows back from our group. Flight ok but we had to wait for half an hour after we landed for the gate.
Purchased through Kayak at +/-$960.00 and was charged +/-$1,300.00 on Amex. Prepurcahed one bag, was not recognized by Air Canada
dont advertise liquor drinks you don't have. begin flight on time. instead of an hour LATE. OVERHEAD BINS ARE TOO SMALL TO FIT STANDARD CARRY ONS
