boarding was easy and the 737 Max was comfortable and roomy but that was the only good.. there was a child screaming at the top of his lungs for the entire loading, taxiing and part of the flight and no one in the crew said anything or offered any assistance.

Overall good flight, smooth and on time and comfortable. Disappointing that food is not served and you can't purchase the snack packs on the plane.

Delayed arrival for aircraft taking us SEA to IAD. Ground crew took way too long downloading and uploading jet for our leg so 45 minutes late. But ...aircrew saved the day flying fast to get us home on time.

Too many people with oversized carry-ons. Uncomfortable seats. flight was too crowded.

Assigned last seat in row Did not recline at all Alaska Air seemed to have more leg room than my last few flights on United Yay!

You guys did great, the only thing keeping me from the higher rating is the physical dimensions of the seats, which staff has no control over. Keep up the good job.

I had to gate check my luggage and it was a pleasant experience as I never done that procedure before. Everything went smoothly.

staff are repeatedly appreciative of your patronage. flights were on time. One ticket counter staffer in Vancouver was very helpful in all ways.

Airport monitors did not give the gate for our flight returning Detroit to Vancouver Juice served from glass storage containers are a far more healthy alternative for people. And would also minimize the need for recycling plastic or aluminum containers

Boarding, staff and flight great. A bit disappointed with no in flight online entertainment but I'll live. Landing was a bit of a jolt (more than usual) but hey everything else was smooth. LoL

I’ve been delayed for two days and I’m still stuck in Honolulu tired spending money

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

on demand entertainment in seat back awesome Check in Kiosk too demanding with endless demand for more information information then says go to counter. Counter agent unfriendly. Do it yourself check in luggage procedure not intuitive, upset employees frustrated the whole procedure.

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Terrible experience! All flights delayed, staff had no idea of what they were doing, and at the end luggage lost for 2 days!

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating
