Again, have your ducks in a row as an airline. This is an embarrassment for any of us who have lived in Vienna.
No way to add a bag without getting in line at the counter, which took at least half an hour. No WiFi.
I was upgraded to business class. Seats same size but better food. Polite service.
The crew was attentive. The food was delicious. The flight was smooth.
The preboarding and the gate organizing management was poor, unorganized and mismanaged. While standing in the business line I kept getting ignored and the personnel kept checking in others, right in front of me until I finally spoke up and pointed out their clear signs of ignoring me while patiently waiting to be checked in. Once checked in the gate the personnel kept chit-chatting and not managing which group is to board, being totally nonchalant, unorganized and behaving amateur-like . Very unprofessional and unlike the quality the Austrian Airlines brand otherwise provides. The crew on the plane are always fantastic and the best. What a shame the crew on the ground was so mediocre.
Absolutely the worst food I've ever had on any flight. Otherwise, the flight is OK - just your regular transatlantic economy. Condor should stop saving pennies on meals. They save a penny, lose a dollar.
The layover period at Frankfurt of one hour and forty minutes was not enough time to clear the two-hour line at passport control: we missed the flight to San Francisco. Condor did a good job rebooking us that same day, but our bags ended up in Los Angeles.
Boarding by bus - this is 2026! Luggage did not board the plane though we had over two hours between flights. After it was located it didn’t fly immediately but waited one or two flights until boarding to fly yo Belgrade.
The airport gate in Lyon was an insult to human dignity…. Shame kn the French authorities
Overall pleasant flight . The lunch was exceptional! Delicious chicken curry with perfect rice and amazing chocolate (Sacher torte) for desert. I have not eaten such a good airplane meal in a very, very long time.
Plane was late. Too many announcements during the flight. Made me pay that deposit. Uncomfortable seats.
It was pretty good. It was my first time using the airline I believe but it was a relatively pleasant experience.
Flight delay due to staff shortage. No snack or drinks served. Toilets had water collecting on the floor.
The crew was highly professional and caring, I was flying business class. I will fly with them any time.

Having the take off and boarding postponed back and forth a few times was unsettling. The crew wasn’t all that friendly and attentive. Washrooms were filthy from the beginning. Like it never had been cleaned.
i missed my connecting flight nec there was no boarding announcement at the airport and my money in the medium luggage was stolen worth 400 cad with my other currency collections. My luggage also got damaged and the code was changed. i hope this will be looked into and i get my stolen money back.
For the passengers in the back only vegetarian food was left, a disgusting looking mesh of vegetables and carbs. Instead of an apology or the word “sorry” the crew tried to force the plate on everyone. I refused the food and there was an argument. The purser came and tried to introduce a wrong accusation, that I touched the flight attendant. As I had witnesses of the incident she quickly backed off and just stated that AUA is not responsible for the distribution of dishes and that is the end of the story. I shall complain to the airline about this incident.
Premium economy seats are not as big as they claimed. Boarding is a hassle

I barely made the flight. We had to take a bus to the plane and the plane smelled awfully of body odor. When the flight attendant walked by she smelled of body odor. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Also my luggage did not make it onto this flight and when it finally arrived home the handle of the luggage was all ripped. I will have to purchase a bag again.
They don't really offer snacks or water as much. but it was perfect.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
It was a good flight. The boarding was smooth and timely managed. They offered in advance to dispatch cabin luggage at no cost. I suggest to add a snack and basic drinks. There was only water provided in the cost of the ticket.

Delayed, took forever to get luggage out of the flight. Worst short flight within Europe we've had.
The booking itself was the primary problem. The flight should have been 7 AM instead of 8 AM. There was only 20 minutes to get to the next flight and I had to go through passport control. There were 5 stations open to handle 200-300 people and I missed my connecting flight.
The flight was cancelled at 5am, I was forced to have alternate transport home, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I will never fly lufthansa again
My seat electronics did not work so seat stuck in one position for over tens hours unless cushions ,manually removed and chair shoved into different position. It wasAwful. My back is still hurting. Only the flight attendant to move seat which was near impossible. Ten hours of H. No apologies offered. No compensation. It was unreal. worst flight of my life
The person greeting before priority check in assumed I am economy class and send me to the wrong line.
The security check between our connecting flights at Frankfurt was a cluster. Horrible quality control with everyone cutting the line. We were in line for over an hour. Condor was nice enough to keep the gate open for us but it was incredibly stressful with two elderly women.
The attendants were nice, but I was freezing the entire nine hours and so cramped. Please provide more blankets or make it known how to borrow a blanket for such a long flight. Even in already expensive economy class, people really need a bit more leg room and two more inches between seats to comfortably fly for 9 hours. Our family works very hard, but the extra expense of economy plus is just not in a lot of customer's budgets, and we still want to fly in equal peace and comfort. Please create future aircrafts that reveal reasonable care for us, the cramped- to- death customers more than the question of "how can we jam a few more human beings into this already cramped flight to impress our higher ups making a few more dollars. It's just Wrong. People need a reasonable amount of leg room and a blanket when the airline attendant said the extreme air conditioning could not be turned off. The food was tasty, but a bit more protein and less fluff would be appreciated. Thank you.
We free from Zurich - Frankfort- San Francisco. Our first plane was delayed. We were lucky that they held the plane for the second part of our flight, but our bags didn’t make it on the plane. Waiting for the bags and submiitjng a claim added time after a long flight, and I will have to drive back to SFO to get out bags.
The short leg flight was fine. Crew and airport were nice to allow special assistance which helped.
Internet was advertised in-flight but not accessible. The foot rest in premium economy was stuck. For both nobody I asked was able to provide an answer/solution. However, this will not stop me from booking premium economy again, which I upgraded from my initial economy I had booked for my outbound flight YYZ to FRA.
Take off was not good, too hot inside the plane and seats are beyond uncomfortable.
The return flight, the food was better. Didn't like that even at checkin we still had to pay when only 5 seats were available. Had to pay or would be stuck in the very middle between two others. I had to pay for an aisle and a middle seat. Both were considered prime seats but the two other middle ones were not.
The flight from Saskatoon to Calgary was canceled by WestJet due to the airline strike. Condor, as the main operator, did not inform us. We found out that information just when we arrived at Saskatoon airport. Fortunately, we had enough time to drive to Calgary airport and catch the flight to Frankfurt. We couldn’t claim compensation for the missing flight because nobody takes responsibility for this situation. When we tried to contact BudgetAir, they redirected us to Condor, and Condor redirected us to WestJet. WestJet keeps saying that they are not responsible for the ticket that was bought from a third-party company.
The seats are terrible. The boarding process was poorly organized. Little to no information was given. Gate change information was only provided at a time that was AFTER the scheduled departure time.
No blankets were provided for my flight from NY to Frankfurt. Meals were were cold and tasteless. The flight was delayed almost 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight. The pilot said ground crew would provide accommodation for connecting passengers but none were there to provide any assistance.
