I have flown with LOT several times and regret it every time; however, they are the only airline that offers the direct flights I need. Boarding was awful. I was alone with 3 children, including an infant, and we were forced to stand in buses packed like sardines. Then, for such a large flight, there was not even a gangway. I was expected to carry a baby, a carseat, and luggage by myself up the dangerous steps into the plane while the crew RUSHED me. The crew was very curt, cold, and inattentive. No one offered any assistance or sympathy to me alone with kids. There was no ventilation or AC in the plane.
My ONLY complaint with LOT was the lack of WiFi and the food in business class… still, I use them because they have great connections to Chicago and they fly the 787 - which I think is a great wide body jet. Well… now LOT has WiFi (good satellite speeds) and AMAZING food. LOT now is giving Turkish Airlines a big big run for the money. And they consistently have less expensive business class. I am a very happy customer!

Issue with boarding, group of passengers on a religious trip coming back to NYC kept trying to change seats, even standing when the plane was pushing back. Crew/Pilot kept very good composure, some passengers got aggravated and started venting out loud but this group created a serious security risk. Crew/Pilot should've been more stringent and called in security or remove them from the flight.
Amazing crew, delicious food and drink selection. 12hr felt more like a 4hrs. Comfortable beds. Can’t wait for the new business class cabin
Flying business class saves you. Once you get out of the terminal and onto the plane, it’s fine. The traffic at the gate is a horror. No organization at all. The fact that Business class is promised early boarding is a myth.
The seat was paid for but given for some different person .
Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!
Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.
Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.
They canceled my flight and made things harder but they booked us on Air France but cancelling my flight late at night uncool bro

The connection time from the flight to Stockholm and the flight out of Stockholm was too short. Due to a knee injury, I almost missed the second flight. From deplaning at E5 to boarding at F69 takes more than 40 minutes.
The flight was cancelled without explanation, and the replacement flight was late
I didn't book special seats but the ones I got were great. The food wasn't good but on par with other airlines
It was great, used to fly them a lot back 20 years ago but since did KLM as my flight route changed, but very happy with my experience and will come again!
You changed our seats without letting us know. We booked two seats on the side of the plane including an aisle, but you ended up putting us in between two other people in the middle of the plane. My husband is 6' 6" and I'm 5' 11", so we need an aisle seat. We were able to move thankfully because the flight wasn't full, but I had to ask the stewardess. You also didn't give us a meal for several hours on the return flight, and it wasn't great (toast with olive/cheese). Finally, you lost our checked bags in Copenhagen so we had to wait an hour after we arrived before we realized they weren't coming. We put in a claim so hopefully we'll still get them.
All flights were on time! The crew was nice and polite Thank you. Food was awful. They give you terrible pasta or rice dish and make you pay for chicken if you’d like meat. When I asked for water with my tea, they told me, I’d have to pay 3 euros for water. Restrooms were filthy half way through the flight.
The flights from EWR to Stockholm and from Copenhagen to JFK were great. Love everything from SAS
Passengers need to be consistently told by the stewardesses to position their seats up from recline when eating. This is not something passengers should have to request. Common courtesy...
We travelled from London to Halifax. Customer service was excellent.fron the day we booked until arriving. The gate was only a short frombthe waiting area and walk Boarding was efficiently handled and plane took off on time. The service on the plane was very good. Fool an acceptable drandard Only downside was that the legroom was tight for anybody just over 6ft tall and am usually able to travel without difficulty. I will definitely fly with Air Canada again but next time pay for extr space.
I wish someone would wake me up so I could eat the free food :( slept for 90mins on a 10hr flight and I missed breakfast. I’m sad about that lol.
The cabin crew were really good!! Check in etc. was very good. We enjoyed the aisle seats as the plane was small! Couldn’t comment on the food as we didn’t order anything!
Very squishy seating, the guy in the window seat was way too large for the row and should have been in an exit row or higher cabin with more space. No entertainment, internet only worked for about 1/2 an hour after notifying flight attendant about it. Harassed multiple times about carryon bag being too big, even though it fit perfectly into the size checker.
Flight from Toronto was cancelled. Put me on next flight an hour later. That flight was delayed, putting me in jeopardy of missing my connecting flight to Morocco in Montreal. They pulled me out of line and got me onto another flight to Montreal. We arrived in Montreal. It then had to wait 20 min on the tarmac because the gate wasn’t ready for us. Ran to catch the Morocco flight. Made it as they were boarding, only having to wait 90 minutes for further delays in leaving Montreal (baggage issues, “technical” issues). Arrived in Morocco over an hour late and almost missed my first meeting in Tanger. This trip had to be rebooked already from the end of August because the flight from Toronto to Montreal was also cancelled back then, forcing me to miss my flight to Morocco.

I bought the ticket on Kayak site specially indicating 1 checked luggage (23kg) and carry-on and yet at Warsaw airport they informed me that in the system nothing indicating this and I had to pay about additional 100$CAD.
Board on time. Seat parents with kids in back of plane. Don’t serve drinks in plastic cups because someone spilled wine on me.
They charge for everything. The checked luggage you pay extra for but they dont even allow a ton of weight so you have to buy even more. Many overseas flights allows up to two bags. The food was horrible! For breakfast we got a cold croissant and yogurt. The last flight I took we got a hot breakfast sandwich, which would have been much better.
Air canada is obviously going through lots of changes but they're doing their best and made sure my luggage wasnt lost and double checked everything else. They did have delays but its understandable given the current influx of travelers and double checking customs and so forth.
It was a third party reservation and from kayak through kiwi for wizard flight.. so communication impossible, i forced to spend agonizing hours trying not to lose my self transfer flight. Thankfully wizz employees gave some help but it was so frustrating 😑
Timely departures and arrivals. The seat was slightly forward leaning which made it uncomfortable
Brand new aircraft Airbus 321neo, good seats although no recline (so no arguments with other passengers). Orderly boarding using front and rear aircraft doors for efficiency. Departed on time and artived 25min early. During check in, ground staff are very strict about permitted baggage and carry-on weight and size - you're only allowed what you paid for. Onboard food and beverage prices are a bit high but similar to airport coffee shops.
Everything was great until it came time to pick up our luggage. We arrived in orly airport terminal 1, our luggage arrived in terminal 2. No signs to tell us, we waited for almost an hour before someone figured it out.

Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.

Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.
The crew was not very friendly or did not seem like very approachable. The plane was quite dirty and it didn’t sound too good when landing.

The crew and especially Patrick were amazing. Very helpful, kind and accommodating. I’d be happy to fly with this crew for all my Europe trips!
They didn't open the Check-in desks for almost an hour after they should've been open (even though encouraged us to check-in our carry-on luggage because it was going to be a full flight). They alerted us that the flight would be delayed but slow-rolled informing us of the extent of the delay...which ended up being over 3 hours. As a result of this, I missed my connecting flight and had to stay over-night in Munich when it would've been a lot better for me to just stay in Warsaw another night....Lufthansa wasn't done with me yet though as I had more bad experiences with them after getting to Munich.
Definitely service quality is going down. With all those flights delays and several days luggage delays Lufthansa reputation of used to be a reliable air line is now compromised. The flight from JAX to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed: as a result I never checked-in at Warsaw Marriott Hotel and was not refunded. My Delsey hard shell luggage was destroyed (got a big crack on it!!!) upon several hours delayed arrival from Frankfurt. On my return trip my 2 luggages did not arrive with me to JAX and I only was able to get them 2 days later. The online agent with a heavy accent spoke broken English and was not able to provide me with information on missing luggages. Guys, you need to do better.
All of my flights through Lufthansa were delayed which made travel very stressful.
My flight was delayed by 10h the crew was useless didn’t care a bit once we landed they couldn’t get the luggage out of the airplane for another 2h old plain old crew poor service I’ll never fly Lufthansa again
2 hours late. Charged me for luggage despite my being star alliance gold. Inflight entertainment didn’t work after I paid for it. Boarding took forever. Shoddy work you guys.
The smoothest boarding, courteous and experienced attendants, comfort and food/drinks I have ever experienced flying Economy on any airline! It made a 12 hour flight no burden at all - Thankyou Lufthansa!
Terrible. After landing I got info that my next day trip to Toulouse was cancelled. Lufthansa offered me an alternative route via Lyon and lisboa, so I'd end up in Toulouse at midnight, missing all my trains and unable to book a car to reach my town on the morning, where I am expected to turn up to work. I tried to reschedule my flight by talking to an agent. Was waiting in the web chat queue 2 hours (there was 200 people before me), and when I finally got an agent he has decided to end up our chat just after I explained him the situation. Not sure if it was technical glitch or blatant act of disrespect. Either way I had to buy myself a ticket from easy jet from Lyon to Toulouse, so I'll be there at midday. I do not understand why Lufthansa did not rebooked me to that flight in the first place, deciding that is is a better idea for me to waste 12 hours more for multiple flights. Extremely annoying and disrespectful
On time flights and all services were fine except two of our four bags were lost. We have medical equipment in one and hope they find them soon. Currently, we have received no update or information.
