The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

Overall a good experience. We were disappointed when we had to check our carry on due to the plane being full. KLM hadn’t notified us and we had valuable items in the carry on but they still made us check it. Some of the food was great and some was mediocre. Crew is really kind and funny.

One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...

It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .

The plane was clean and the staff was friendly. Food and drinks as expected on international flights. The entertainment system was old style, with a pullout controller, and selections not as extensive as on other flights.

One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.

Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

I didn't understand why I couldn't do a check-in at home

The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.

Economy seats were surprisingly comfortable, and snacks not too bad. Checked luggage arrived at destination without problems. It was annoying to wait until last to board as lowest-tier seats but understand it’s difficult to gauge when loading a full plane At least checked carryon luggage seemed to come off first. Annoying to have to use app to order food/drink when wifi availability didn’t allow time for it. Advance communication would have helped Food on menu seemed highly processed and unpalatable, overpriced and over packaged. So maybe a good thing to have missed chance to order

I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

On time, easy with no issues. Arrived 15 minutes earlier too.

Entertainment seems one sided. There has to be a balance of old and new even for international movies and songs.

The flight attendants were not very friendly and seemed annoyed by everytime a passenger asked a question

It was fine, everything on time! Tired of having to pay for all the extras?

I appreciate the fact that the flight took off and landed on time What I didn’t like they never offer a snack eg nuts/cookies/chips

Both flights were good however , zero entertainment on YYZ to RSW flight. Helps to have some distraction on flights over 2 hours.

There were changes to my flight with many email and very difficult to keep up with details of changes. I consulted Air Canada website that said I was to depart Casablanca at 9:35 but when I got to airport that take off time was delayed by 2 hours. That's 2 hours at an airport instead of bed. I don't understand why Air Canada website didn't show the change in take off like they showed the change in transfer. Do better.

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

I dropped my wallet under my seat on this flight with all of my money and credit card. I requested to be able to go back and retrieve it but Lufthansa denied my request. I went to the Customer Services and they called Lost and Found but I was told nothing found would be turned in until around 12:00pm. My next flight was leaving so I was unable to check to see if my wallet was turned in. I will never fly with Lufthansa again.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.

The flight was smooth and on time. Check-in and boarding was very efficient. The flight was very comfortable and there was good entertainment and food on offer.

Terrible. After landing I got info that my next day trip to Toulouse was cancelled. Lufthansa offered me an alternative route via Lyon and lisboa, so I'd end up in Toulouse at midnight, missing all my trains and unable to book a car to reach my town on the morning, where I am expected to turn up to work. I tried to reschedule my flight by talking to an agent. Was waiting in the web chat queue 2 hours (there was 200 people before me), and when I finally got an agent he has decided to end up our chat just after I explained him the situation. Not sure if it was technical glitch or blatant act of disrespect. Either way I had to buy myself a ticket from easy jet from Lyon to Toulouse, so I'll be there at midday. I do not understand why Lufthansa did not rebooked me to that flight in the first place, deciding that is is a better idea for me to waste 12 hours more for multiple flights. Extremely annoying and disrespectful

I was unable to select my seat when checking in online.

Ground staff in New Delhi was very bad. They kept insisting on extra payment for hand baggage and nearly made me miss my flight. Hostile people.

Late again. 3 out of 4 late. One cancelled flight and one lost bag.

My baggage did not arrived with me. Took 3 days to get it after so may calls and follow up

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

The boarding process was a disaster. No one respects the boarding groups—tired old aeroplane. There are no sockets to charge phones. The cushion seats are ancient and hurts back and gluts

I asleep by the gate and actually didn't get to the airplane.

TIRED OLD plane. Seat cushion is completely old and NOT cushion at all; after an hour of flying butt hurts. Boarding is a complete disaster. No one respects the boarding groups, and the BA boarding crew care less about boarding groups or Tier status. What is the point of spending all this money on Business Class tickets when no one respects the boarding system? It took 90 minutes since we landed to get our luggage. 20 minutes to show on the screen which belt we are supposed to go to and another 1 hour to get our luggage - not the kind of service you will expect from BA at LHR

Staff , Comfort and Food were excellent. My individual lamp did not work so I could not read, neither my novel nor the menu.

I was unable to input the API information in online. I phoned and a member of staff input it for me, however when I went to check in online was told that I had not entered the API needed. It took 7 seperate calls to get all the information added. I added bags separately to booking the flights. When I went to check bags in at the airport and print the lable the machine kept telling me I didn't have bags, despite the online information telling me that I had. A helpful member of staff at Gatwick sorted and printed the lables.

The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible

Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.
