Amazing crew, delicious food and drink selection. 12hr felt more like a 4hrs. Comfortable beds. Can’t wait for the new business class cabin

Flying business class saves you. Once you get out of the terminal and onto the plane, it’s fine. The traffic at the gate is a horror. No organization at all. The fact that Business class is promised early boarding is a myth.

My information was stolen, and someone used my card to purchase airline tickets. Everything has been submitted to my bank, and the police. Thank you!!

The seat was paid for but given for some different person .

Good in general, but i think the chair is not comfortable for traveling more than 2 hours ..

Krakow airport is very disorganized. nice seats. friendly crew. long legs had screens. short leg did not

Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!

Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.

Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.

No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.

My daughter always gets sick when we order the gluten free meal option. Internet didn’t work as advertised.

I could make online check-in anywhere. Check-in was complicated I could use your app for and it was hard find information for check-in for airline checking in their app. After hour I had to go anyway to make check in the airport. Rest of the flight was more than good

Cancelled flight, wasn't refunded paid selected seats. Poor customer service. Called airline and they didn't realize the flight was cancelled until several hours after the email notice was sent.

Really good. Everything went smoothly. That's what I hope for when I'm on a long flight, especially with multiple changes. Thank you SAS.

I expected more, but they will nickel and dime you for everything. I did not enjoy flying with this airline.

in Austria they made me check in my carry on luggage, and it never arrived in JFK... I had medication there on ice that is useless now, I filed a report and they still cant licate my luggage? what kind of joke is this?

Scandinavian Airlines is terrible. Flight was late. Lost luggage. Rude flight attendants. Terrible experience.

Amazing! Everyone was so nice and the food was so good!!

Terrible customer service. The flight attendants were rude. We experienced significant turbulence for a large portion of the flight and there was very little check in from the flight deck. The space was extremely limited to the point where it felt like torture. Never again

I was surprised how good an American airline can be - I was really impressed.

Our AC flight was canceled not once but twice on the same day to Quebec City at Toronto Pearson Airport. 2;30 AC and 9;40PM AC flight. After having our 2:35 flight canceled, we were bumped the second time because of large student groups visiting Quebec City. We were sent to Montreal on an 11:30 flight which landed close to 12:45AM. We were given a hotel room at the Marriot Hotel next to the airport. We had less than 4 hours sleep before we being taken to the airport for our 7AM flight to Quebec City. We didn't have much time to use our vouchers given for breakfast once we had cleared customs for the 2nd time since leaving Toronto Pearson Airport. We missed a full evening in Quebec City and lost our hotel room for the night. We were exhausted the next day and missed an excursion we had planned. My wife and I are both seniors in our seventies, and we weren't happy to be treated in this manner. Air Canada could have used a larger plane to accommodate us and the other ten or so people that were bumped from their flight to Quebec City in order to accommodate student groups. We will endeavor never to fly Air Canada again in future and we will not recommend flying with this airline to our friends and families.

Better to not serve food if those are the options

It was a good experience flying Air Canada for the first time

They did not let us board because one member needed a transit visa, which was not evident at the time of ticket purchase.

I was charge a baggage checking fee $68!! I volunteered to check my duffle bag which usually goes under my seat!

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

My flight was cancelled on April 15th due to Lufthansa strike. You basically lost customer since it was important for me to reach Poznan due to my friend’s terminal illness. I rebooked my flight with KLM and will travel with this airline in the future.

The flight was cancelled which wasn't Kayak's fault. But Kayak does owe me a refund because I paid for this flight twice and was supposed to get the refund for the first booking/payment to Lufthansa. There will be litigation of this issue because of protections under the law.

The flight was delayed 7 hours and we were given 10 euros vouchers. This is ridiculous. The crew was not nice at all, they just did their job with serving food and drinks. Did not even apologize for the delay!!!!

Everything was good. But from Frankfurt to Seattle in airplane entertainment system didn't work good.

The crew and especially Patrick were amazing. Very helpful, kind and accommodating. I’d be happy to fly with this crew for all my Europe trips!

I was asked at the gate to put my carry-on luggage into the metal size-checking unit and it scratched my luggage. I suggest lining it with a cloth to prevent damage to passengers’ luggage.

it was great the cabin crew were polite and detail oriented.

Paid for exit row at the back of the plane. Window seat with lots of leg space. Food was inedible (as usual). Brought my own.

Missed flight. Requested assistance for my father and he did not receive it in Paris.

Business Class was very comfortable and the food and service was top notch.
