Great experience overall. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.

Worst food I've ever seen on a plane. One flight attendant must have been going through a bad breakup, although the one who kept covering for her was excellent.
It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth
Always on time. This time the flight arrived 30mins early. Easy check in with app as well
I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
crew was amazing. Will be forever Delta flyer. Captain spoke in front of us, personally grateful to passengers for being there. When landing gate problems, Captain again came out to speak in person. crew are retired military. Very impressed when flying can be such a struggle today. Thank you Delta
Gate agent was a terrible person out to make people miserable
The plane looks and feels like we are traveling in a 3rd world country airplane. Dirty bathrooms, horrible food, old and uncomfortable setting, my son’s little table was broken, the chair would stay recline, an so on.
Dovevo prendere il volo da Atlanta a Buenos Aires alle 22 invece è stato sospeso senza nessun preavviso e rimandato al giorno dopo alle 9 del mattino, i parenti che mi attendevano all'aeroporto sono dovuti andare in albergo e non ho avuto nessun risarcimento danni. Ho mangiato al bar dell'aeroporto un piatto di d'insalata con 4 anelli di calamari col voucher di 30 dollari perché la cucina dell'albergo era chiusa ed ho dovuto pagarmi la bibita, 8 dollari per una birra, e anche la colazione del giorno dopo non compresa, deplorabile.
I have to say that Delta has improved their service radically since I flew with them last. I purposely have avoided flying with them for years owing to absolutely terrible service. This is no longer the case, I am glad to say.

This time my experience was superior! Much better and improved from after the COVID-19. I hope they maintain the same. Earlier, service (specially crew attitude) was awful and sometime rude, but this time, crew was very welcoming, respectful and ready to serve. I will definitely repeat :-)
Inexperienced crew. Food was so so. They lost my luggage on a direct flight. Was flying business so my luggage was priority. Not impressed.
I liked the early check in. Flight was a bit bumpy due yo weather. Overall, everything went well.
I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.
It was awful. For a 37 minute flight time,we had 1:30 hours delay. If someone had a connection flight he or she couldn’t reach for sure. The only positive point was online check in.
Limited snack options cause the snack vendor was on strike
Not full, so lots of room, which is really the only thing that can make flying economy more comfortable. Direct to Toronto is great! I didn't eat or use the entertainment.
The experience was generally above average. The only downside was the absence of WiFi during my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco.
It was overall above average experience. If there is only one thing i could complain about was the lack of wifi availability on my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco
