Cons: Initial checkin/boarding in Perth was quite long and everyone was fairly irritated by the lack of employees working. Wait time for check in was approx 45 min. Automated systems weren’t working.
Cons: Entertainment system was old and slow. So-so food. Air New Zealand was better than Quantas for similar journey at same week of year and about the same price.
Cons: Seating space was horrible! The seat in front of me, when reclined, was IN MY LAP! Headphones were bad. This LONG flight left A LOT to be desired!

Cons: We DIDN"T GET TO FLY TO SYDNEY. We were re-routed to SAN FRAN, then to Melbourne! WE MISSED TWO DAYS of our trip!!
Pros: Plane left late from Manila and was asked to run to catch the connecting flight to LAX. Monitor did not work. Flight attendant/s were rude whenever their asking to stow away foot rest. Never say please. When I got to LAX, I needed to wait for the very last luggage for me to find out that my luggage was left in Guangzhou. No apologies whatsoever and was given a direction to file a report. Very sad experience.
Cons: Focus on customer service. More training with staff since they are dealing with different nationalities.
Pros: The food on the way to China and on the way home was horrible. They stopped serving cup noodles too. Only sandwiches when I asked for other option when the main course weren’t good.
Cons: I didn’t like the food choice at all. The fish didn’t taste good. Chicken with pasta tasted cheap and the beef with potatoes were spicy. Should have make the spicy sauce on the side in case for people who can’t eat spicy food. They used to serve 3 meals now cut down to 2 meals... maybe it’s time to reconsider another airline.
Pros: In general, the service is OK, but not outstanding. Try to do better!
Cons: There is still room for improvement. Flight attendants need to be better trained in dealing with passengers. Spend the time to "listen" thoroughly instead of saying "OK I know" & then fuffill the passengers request. Sometimes, little details matter, even they did the job right. Try to do better!
Cons: It’s a very long flight and I had the unfortunate luck of getting a broken entertainment unit.
Cons: Gave us false infor for our boarding location and we had to run for boarding to different location when 30 mins left. Very hectic situation.
