Great flight, comfort, and staff. Prefer tv in back of seat but watching on phone will do

First time with Porter and I can say this is best airline company in Canada. Great service, free WiFi, free snack and drinks (including beer and wine). Seats were super comfy on the Embraer jet and I appreciated the folding try table too. Staff were excellent both legs of the trip.

Tight transfer in Montreal. (15 min) However, we made it, as did my luggage.

Check in was slow because of passenger ahead in Reserve line. Seats were somewhat uncomfortable.

First time with Porter. Amazing experience overall, will be my airline of choice in North America whenever possible. Liked the quality of food and how it was served but one suggestion- a hot meal on the longer flights, perhaps?

Delayed by 2.5 hours. This happened previously on my flight from YOW to YVR on Dec. 26.2023. This is a terrible airline. The reason was there was lack of ground crew. This is a known event. AVOID PORTER AIRLINES IF YOU CAN. There is a reason half the plane was empty.

The airline arrival at the downtown airport is a big plus.. Food and beverage was excellent. Their non weather related cancellation is horrible. Overall I gave the airline 7 over 10 Tips for people flying porter from Boston. The airline doesn’t have inflight entertainment No TV No WIFI. Bring your entertainment with you.

Wasn’t on the flight- again. Bad weather in Halifax and I was in an accident. What a poor experience to have to pay for all this flight and not be on it

I didn’t make my flight due to poor weather and I had an accident driving there. I tried to get my money back or even credit and nothing. I have an entire flight both to Florida and back that I paid for and no one will give me any money back. I know this isn’t just Porter and it’s 3rd party- however airlines should allow these companies to take money for things they don’t get. I’m so upset. Who can afford a full flight they never take?

Flight Ottawa to Toronto canceled and no crew was available to direct me on what to do. I opened a file and I wait to be compensated.

The flight was delayed due to weather issue…WiFi did not work and even though I wanted to pay for WiFi I couldn’t buy it. Overall very disappointing even though I paid and reserved Business class

United business class just sucks. There’s no reason to go business class with United. This time there were no screens. Boarding is ridiculous, always. The pull-out table was broken. The female crew members were very nice. The male crew member liked to listen to himself talk on the intercom. And gives his stupid comments on almost anything.

We waited to takeoff for about 1 hour delay for a 20 min flight.

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

Your app is impossible to use. I couldn't load it. Then i couldn't open it. When i finally got both those things done -with much help -then i couldn't open the app to install a credit card. The upshot was 4 flights without access to food or drink. When i first tried to download united app some company called starlier opened instead and i would up signing up for some 49 dollar a month music service which i still have not been able to cancel.

I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.

Overall it was good. The flight was bumpy at times, but the pilot made us aware every time. As a result, no snacks/drinks were made available. Seats were tight but that’s okay as I had a window seat.

the head jack on my seat didn't work and the power outlet didn't work for my seat

The crew’s attitud was not good, only worried for pilot’s comfort, so I ask myself why do I pay so much for so less. The plane is old and broken. I will rey another airline

That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. it was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. it was rushed and the scanning process for our bags, etc. was pilling up at the other end with no time to empty our belonging my personal items almost toppled over on the floor if i hadn't caught it rapidly. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. other than that all else was fine.

I didn’t fly I had to cancel as I booked the flight incorrectly, as in reverse order. I hope I wasn’t charged as I cancelled immediately.

The staff were so kind and helpful. We flew back from NY with another airline and it was horrible. We will always stick with Air Canada as everything was far better!

A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?

The wifi I paid for did not work. The seats are tight.

There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

I missed my connection flight, I don't have anywhere to stay I am lost

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.

I sat in a business class bulkhead row which I paid full price for. I carried on a backpack only, which held my medications and valuables. I placed it in the overhead bin above my head as there is no seat in front of me to put the bag under. The very last person to board had a roller bag, with no more room in the overheads. Rather than inconveniencing someone in coach or a flight crew, the flight attendant (Luis) insisted that my smaller backpack move to an overhead bin several rows behind me (where I had no line of sight to my valuables) to accomodate this last minute straggler. He told me that I paid full price for my seat and not the storage space. Unacceptable.
