This was my first WestJet flight after flying countless times with Air Canada. The whole experience was soured and I will never look at WestJet the same again."

Cons: "I was able to download the WestJet Connect app on my phone which gives you access to tv shows and movies to watch on your own device during the flight. The app was free and easy to use and there was a decent selection. However, the wifi on board is not free so even though you could watch the tv show/movie - the sound did not work unless you paid for it. There are many other airlines that offers everything for free - it would have been a more pleasant if we were able to actually utilize the service."

Because it was unexpected, we had to wait even longer for a gate to become available. We then had to re go through customs and get our bags then wait in line again at the counter to schedule our flight for the next day. Thankfully we were given a hotel room and money for food. Very scary experience overall on the runway, but they tried to handle it as smoothly as possible under the unusual circumstances."

Since the head phone jack was located at my thigh it was very uncomfortable and when I shifted I broke my headphones :("

On top of this, air canada wanted $150 to book me on a later flight (which, after protest, was rescinded). My guess is that air canada is vastly overbooking some flights, and this is a technique to shake some passengers loose and force them onto less-full flights. Shady."

Annoying. Flight was delayed 4 hours with minimal updates and no food voucher. Did not get my flight off to a good start."

Pros: "We found out that United had canceled the flight while in line about to undergo security screening, leading to mass confusion on the part of the screening agents on even where to send us. The next several hours were anxiety filled as we try to hop onto other flights going to our destination as we were stuck in the US area of the Vacuver airport, as we could neither leave the airport or had a way out. In the end, we had to be rerouted to a different airport and take another connection, which in standard United style was delayed by yet another 4 hours. And upon arrival, all of our bags were lost, not unsurprisingly. The worst part was that for the next 4 days, no one knew where the bags were and we were without our checked bags for 5 days until they finally arrived. As an experienced traveler, this was the worst flight I had ever taken and will never fly United or Air canada ever again."

Instead I'll stick to a carryon even if it is a 3 wk trip across the world...."

Cons: "There was an unexplained delay of over 3 hours, customer service booth at the airport was slow and didn't help at all. People had different information about the flight time. Take off took a long time. I was seated at the back row, aisle seat when there were plenty of other seats available; had to hold the lavatory door so it wouldn't open because it was broken and it stinked a lot. Horrible experience."

Cons: "Gate attendant was INCREDIBLY unfriendly - made no eye contact or completely ignored our verbal greetings/thanks during early boarding w/ our young child. Delayed an hour out of Baltimore, we were worried we'd miss our connection."

Cons: "I was on the last row in a window seat. Throughout the entire flight tiny ice pellets kept flying out of the vent system above my head. When I mentioned it to the flight attendant, she just shrugged and said "it's just the air conditioner ", like tough luck. That was the only time I saw the attendant. No drinks, no snacks. I guess she didn't have time for the last 4 rows of seats, although the flight was 1 1/2 hours long."

Pros: "The older planes of United Airlines could use some remodeling. The entertainment system with controls in the middle of the arm rest where the elbow rests is such a bad idea, didn't even bother with this crappy unintuitive system. It was annoying and flashy with bright advertisements or something popping up on a night time flight just sooooooo annoying, turning it off was not intuitive and had to ask the flight attendants how to turn it off during their very busy work of handing out packages with five miniature pretzels and drinks to the passengers, was happy to get a whole cab of juice to myself though."

Pros: "I liked the entertainment to make the flight go by quicker and the comfortability of the seats."
Cons: "There was nothing I didn't like."

Pros: "Being Asian, I consider myself lucky that my United flight wasn't overbooked or else I might have been forcibly removed from my seat and dragged out of the aircraft like a sack of potatoes with a bloody nose, and then United CEO adding insult to injury by apologizing to all the passengers in the flight EXCEPT me. Outrageous. I have flown almost 2 million miles on United but this ugly inexcusable incident gives me serious doubts about this airline's true character."

Pros: "My flight stopped for over 2 hours for refueling which caused me to miss my coneccting flight, plus 2 other reschedual flights. Then no one would accomodate me on account of this. Never flying united again"

Cons: "Tryed to book flight home on your web sight but would still not go through after the 3rd try. We went to houston Airport to make reservation and was told by United ticket it would be an additional $100.00 to book at counter. We called our bank to see if there was a issue with our card. The in return call the card issurer to see if there was an issue on there end. No problem was found. We forced to pay double from what was posted on your web site inorder to get home."

Cons: "The problem w this flight is that the plane departs from ORD. So even if the weather isn't a problem, if there's a problem w the plane they will fix it at ORD. Needless to say the propensity of that happening causes delays."

Pros: "Clean airplane. Great crew. Happy with the trip from takeoff to landing. Our landing was very rough due to strong winds on runway. At one point, plane was a little sideways. But with the great crew in control of the plane...Safe landing. Scary...but lived to tell."
Cons: "That you don't at least get one show that is free on flight. A cooking show is what was the choice, but no control over the volume. And I can't read lips. So that really sucked."

Pros: "It was a light flight, so I could have my carry-on with me even though I was in group 5. The breakfast -- berry pecan French toast -- was surprisingly tasty and satisfying (if not very attractively presented)."
Cons: "Too bad I had to pay so much for the exit row seat. I'm tall and it's needed for standard comfort (as opposed to extra comfort). Oh well. Gotta squeeze those dollars out of the passengers every way they can."
