It was as if they said "everyone get on the plane immediately, and we are only taking the first 30 people"."

Phone agent said I could get a hotel voucher because it was mechanical failure. arrived late late late into Seattle to be told there were no hotels available. I had to be insistant to get agents to make the effort to get me routed. They to me I would have no hotel and then wait until 5 pm the next day to fly to Medford. They gave no food vouchers. I had to pay for a hotel I never slept in in Medford and meals. Seems like Alaska has few flights out of Seattle and Denver and no other partner agreements to help route you. Really horrible bad experience. Not what you expect when you patly $500 plus trip insurance. Pathetic."

I'm on crutches at the moment, so this meant more time on my feet manoeuvring around "elite status members" than I would have liked."

He then proceeded to print a boarding pass that wasn’t mine and load my bag into the conveyor. Not 5 mins go by when I realize what happened I wound up having to go to special services to rectify the situation. Which ultimately consisted of me waiting another hour in LaGuardia to get my bag. Please delta have these curbside handlers actually want to do their job and stop chasing cash tips."

I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."

Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA."
Cons: "The crew forgot to turn the heater on in -3°F creating a situation where the lavatory water lines froze. This caused a two hour delay which made me miss the second leg. Because I missed the second leg I was put on the very last flight out of ATL and got to spend Xmas eve in the airport."

There was a ton of movies from the 90s and the same movie selection from about 6 months ago when I traveled with them. Also, what is going on, with having to use your own cell phone to watch movies on the plane? Whatever happened to the screens in the backseat of the front seat? I ended up with neck pain from trying to watch a movie on my phone. Delta has become very cheap. It is going into some serious decline."
Cons: "Let me just say that I’m a loyal Delta costumer until now. The flight attendants (the two women) were an absolute nightmare. They were so rude and condescending. I was carrying with me my service dog and a bag containing an expensive medication (it couldn’t go on the top bin). Despite being in the comfort class and having the seat next to me empty, we were tight for space. The flight attendants were unreasonable and forced me to put my medication on the top bin despite the fact I had told them it was extremely delicate, that it that to go upright, and that I needed to keep it with me. They did not listen and pressured me into giving them the medication. The medication could have easily gotten broken. Thankfully it didn’t but this is no way to treat a human being."

I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Cons: "I drove 5 hours to get to the airport and unfortunately ended up delayed because of traffic and slow shuttles from parking. I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

The transfer in Vancouver after customs involved going outside in the cold to and from the bus. There was no warning. The customs area red jacketed help personnel told us that it was just as fast to go throught the general customs are instead of using our Nexus cards and this turned out to take forever. So very disappointing."

Cons: "Charging customers for meals on a transatlantic flight is a terrible way to nickel and dime your customers for the most basic provisions. Not all travellers carry accepted credit cards, including the woman sitting beside me. Because it is so common (formally standardized) for airlines to provide food on longer flights, many travellers assume their WestJet flight will the same and arrive unprepared. I normally love WestJet for their customer service, but these flight attendants talked down to customers with legitimate questions. I am choosing another airline for my next international flight, although reluctantly so - I hope to see some changes from WestJet for a more comfortable flight."

I was motion sick the entire ride, and no water was provided until four hours in, and while I understand it was due to turbulence, perhaps if it is too bumpy to serve water for the first four hours we should not be flying at all. Also very little food is provided for a 5.5 hour trip, two biscuits is not sufficient and as we landed near midnight there are not many options to acquire quick food either."

Cons: "Well, they mixed up my check-in luggage during transit. As a result it got delayed and I had to spend the night without it. Although, I was informed about this miss when I landed in Vancouver, the team did not seem to feel particularly bad about it. Also, the process of getting reimbursed for the predefined expenditure allowance needs to be more efficient. Ideally, in such cases, the airlines should not only refund the check-in fee, but also provide a prepaid card to make any urgent purchases. Their current process requires one to bear the expenses initially, scan/click and send the original receipts and await a response from their baggage team. I am waiting to hear back from them on my submission."

I asked before I left Canada if there was in flight duty free. From LAX to YVR. I was told yes. So didn't purchase any. Only to find out, a big fat no. Haven't for quit awhile.Super. Landed at YVR, went to WJ to find out about luggage. Told me I have to get a hold of Qantas. They had nothing to do with it. Went to Qantas was sent to a place that was closed. Two days later got a call from WJ asking why I didn't pick up my luggage. I told him the story. He kept saying why didn't I go to them. Because I was told it was Qantases fault. Got luggage 2 days later, damaged. I'm thinking maybe the case fell off the conveyor belt while loading in Melbourne ."

WestJet will supply you with a coffee or tea and a cookie, pretzel or cheese stick packet. Wow! You get to watch fair selection of movies etc on your own phone or tablet - IF you have downloaded the app BEFORE you leave the terminal.Wow! If you need to wait for the bathroom the stewardess tells you to wait in the aisle behind row 3... really? So I can't just stand here in the galley and wait... no sir, behind row 3. Best advice - fly Air Canada - these guys do not deserve your money!"
Cons: "The pilot on the Honolulu flight to Vancouver left some documents at the hotel and he had to go back to get them therefore delaying our flight to vancouver. This caused a lot of passengers connection flights delayed and rebooked to another flight later on that day. No apologies or compensation of time wasted was given. Food vouchers would have been nice. The new boarding passes provided also pushed most of us passengers back to the last seats at the back of the plane.. which was a very uncomfortable experience."

Cons: "I'm a bit disappointed by the services provided by Westjet: 1) I never received the confirmation of my fight/booking from Westjet; 2) I was not aware that the connecting from LA to SJ and SJ to LA were operated by different companies therefore I was not able to check in or even to check the gate information at the airport. I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA in the early morning 3) at the SJ airport, I was not aware that the flight from SJ to LA was operated by Delta not American airline. However, the Westjet customer services 1-888 number listed in your Kayak confirmation was not a correct number. I even tried to look up another customer services number of Westjet by searching the Westjet website, the number I found was not in service neither. I almost missed my flight from SJ to LA 4) At the LA airport I was told that I was not able to board the flight because I did not have the Canadian ETA. they said they would pull my checked luggages and flight them with my re-scheduled flight and will be shipped to the final destination Vancouver, Canada. when I arrived Vancouver, both suitcases were not arrived with my flight. One arrived with my original flight and the second were missing. The agent could not even tell me where the suitcase was. Moreover, the second did not arrive the time I was told it should arrive. My second suitcase was not allocated even before I left Vancouver to Europe one day after my travel. 5) No one responded to the luggage services number provided in the document. I could only successfully login to the link for the checking the status after I returned home in Brussels. 6) I was told that the second suitcase will be delivered to my home in Europe by another company. Currently I'm still waiting for my second suitcase."

If you need to cram people into tiny spaces to be profitable, then you cannot allow them to make it worse by putting back their seats. I spent 90 minutes with a seat back jammed into my chest. We were ignored when handing out snacks, probably because we were invisible behind the seats pushed in our faces. It was one of the most miserable flights I’ve experienced."

The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."

Board passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding info for the second connecting flight - just blank! AA did not provide connecting info until I found an unoccupied employee at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people in 2 locations I went to. The connecting info should be in the itinerary they said at customer service...nope, it was not there either!"

When we went to pick them up the next day there were only four pieces at the airport. We were told the fifth suitcase would be delivered when it was located. It's ten days later and there's no sign of the luggage. It has taken multiple phone calls to get the information about the luggage correct. They assure me that they have everything correctly documented and then when I call back they haven't changed a thing. It has been a very frustrating process overall."

We missed our connection of course! Had to wait 2 hrs at next airport for a hotel. Did receive food vouchers and luggage was checked in right away (good thing). But overall ridiculous! Missed an entire day due to AA not having another plain? Or not finding another way to put passengers in other flights."

Flight also arrived late, causing transportation issues."

Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."

Cons: "This was a long non-stop flight from Miami to Denver. Over 4 hours. So I took the plunge and bought first class. I always fly first class on any flight over 2 hours. However, I was disappointed. The food was so-so and insufficient. The drinks were also not enough. The video displays were small and poorly located for the movie. The seats seemed uncomfortable. All and all I have come to expect a better experience from American Airlines in First Class. The ticket was expensive."

1st flight was late by 19 mins. Due to immigration and customs we missed by 5 mins and 2 even 2 flight was delayed my 20 mins still they did not took us. We had to Wait at airport for 4 hours. Really bad experience.
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 3 hours making me late for the next two flights and ultimately costing me an entire day longer in transit. While I understand these things happen, Air Canada's response to me asking for help was abysmal. Ultimately, they didn't care and told me it was my problem. Sadly, one of the first people I talked to really did want to help and arranged flights that would have gotten me back on track but he was prevented from confirming the changes due to management. I will never fly with Air Canada ever again."

Upon arrival in Vancouver we were paged to baggage claim and informed that our bags were taken off the plane and would arrive later in the night. Problem was, we were leaving on a cruise at 4:30PM. Our bags had two cruise luggage tags on each bag. When our bags were delivered to us 2.5 days later in Ketchikan, Alaska - The cruise tags had been torn off our bags. There were a minimum of 8 vacant seats and corresponding luggage not on this plane. I believe Air Canada had a chance to load more cargo and removed our luggage to make more room for the cargo. I will never fly this airline again. I had nothing good to say to anyone on our cruise regarding this airline. Terrible passenger service. The guest services said that 16 bags were delivered in Ketchikan from Air Canada."
Pros: "In flight attendance was excellent and we were nearly overfed with plenty of drinks, snacks and meals. It was nice to see both young and elderly ladies as air hostess. This is a strong statement in non discrimination on Account of age in employment. To see a red Indian lady among them was very refreshing."
Cons: "Dimming of the windows was not user friendly and we had to put up with bright reflected lights from clouds. On ground both in Calgary and Vancouver the wheel chair attendance was not at the same level as in Frankfurt where it had been given with paramedic competence."
Cons: "One of the washrooms was a disgrace! There was vomit or diarrhea or both on the floor and on the top to the toilet seat. No one bothered to clean it up. Also, my wife identified herself to Lufthansa that she has celiac's disease, yet when the food cart came by, she was informed that all she could purchase that was gluten free was nuts. We found out later that there was a fruit and cheese plate available. Also, it seems that there were few items available from the on board menu. Why bother even having a menu if many of the items were not available? Air Canada should be ashamed!"

Cons: "On March 18, 2018 Joanne, Kevin, and Allison Sheridan were booked to go from SYD to YYJ and only Kevin took off. We went to the airport and my daughter Allison was too anxious to get on as she had to leave her father behind. After she calmed down we went to get on the flight and the lady at the check in, (Onwsha) said it was too late and we could leave the next day. She changed my tickets on the computer and said if we came on Monday, March 19th there wouldn't be a charge but if it was any other date it would be $150.00 per ticket/person. When I arrived to check in on March 19th I was charged the $300. I spoke to Sharon Smith who was with Air Canada Customer Service Coordinator and I explained I was told something different by the customer agent. I told her if I knew that and I was told by Onwsha I would have went on the flight on March 18th but would not have checked the bags and just taken carry on luggage as my husband was still at the airport and he could bring them when he came over. Sharon Smith said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay the $300.00. It really has left a bad taste for me with Air Canada especially how many seats were spare and I was told something different from Onwsha. Thank you for your time. Cons: "Air Canada Check In staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. My flight was at 7pm and I arrived at 6:10pm because I got stuck in traffic. I had already checked in online, all I needed was to get my baggage tags and drop my bag off. Instead of telling me where to print out my tag, they made me stand in line to talk to the check in staff at the counter. By the time I got to the counter, it was 7:40 and there was zero chance of my bag being checked in for this flight with the staff showing me attitude. When I told him that all I was here before the drop-off time and all I wanted were tags and that his other staff just told me to line up without helping, he just said "you can buy another ticket for the next flight or leave your bag here and pick it up when you return from your trip." Honestly, the worst customer experience I have ever had!"
Pros: "While I've ranked the crew as poor, that isn't a reflection of the entire crew. The flight crew and check-in team were fine, the boarding I have as mediocre due to delay, but I don't put that on the staff."
Cons: "My issues are two part: 1 - I wasn't informed that I was required to retrieve my luggage from the carousel on this flight from George Town to Toronto. I thought perhaps I missed something, however, the three other couples that were in the same predicament I was weren't aware either. This caused a massive headache, the instructions were superbly poor on how to retrieve the luggage, and the process was completely a waste of time. We had to talk with three different people, the person that took us back to the carousel showed no urgency despite us all explaining that we were on a short layover, and might miss our next flight, and even though we had our passes to get through customs, we were made to wait in line to have our baggage inspected. A completely broken process that could've been avoided with a friendly reminder at check-in. 2 - Once I was able to retrieve my luggage I picked it up off the carousel only to find the handle on one piece of luggage had been ripped off, and the plastic lining on the other bag was destroyed. Admittedly I find this to be no surprise after seeing how mine and everyone else's luggage was handled so poorly upon being loaded into the cargo. I saw my luggage being tossed 3-5 feet into the cargo area - literally picked up, and with complete disregard flung like it was a trash bag being thrown into the dumpster. Since I didn't have time to discuss this with any staff due to my prior issue and being unable to find a representative once I landed back in Vancouver, I called the next day to discuss this over the phone, but the representative explained that I was only able to make a complaint in-person at the time of baggage retrieval. The person was absolutely useless and unwilling to help. This was by far the worst treatment I've had at any time in my life while flying any airline. The trip to George Town was with American Airlines, and even though it was longer, and a tad bit more expensive, the service I had with them was stellar by comparison to my experience with AirCanada. Going forward I will only be using AC when there are absolutely no other options."
Pros: "The plane was clean and seemed very new. The boarding process was streamlined in an organized way. The entertainment system was okay."
Cons: "The plane was a huge B787 Dreamliner and the airline didn't allot enough boarding time to accommodate the hundreds of passengers that needed to get on and settle in. Because of this, the flight was delayed by almost an hour and many people missed their transfers. It seemed like an unreasonable lack of foresight to schedule only the standard half hour before takeoff to board ~300 passengers.On top of that, the flight was roughly four hours long (five with the delay) and no complementary food, even a small snack or two, was offered. The seats in coach were made to be decently comfortable padding-wise, but I felt more packed in like a sardine with the people next to me than on other planes. The flight attendants seemed extremely stressed and overworked, and I couldn't blame them."

She was like a parent or a teacher telling her kids to share but not solving their problem over the head bin. Then before we were landing, the passenger next to me asked for her help to put her bag into the head bin because she’s not tall enough. Karen said she’s doing security check and never came back. I managed to help my neighbor passenger before landing and was very impressed to this flight attendant."

Seattle to Vancouver was delayed so long that we almost missed our connecting flight to Beijing. Because of that delay our baggage missed the Vancouver to Beijing flight and we had nothing for 2 days!!! It was a hassle to get some kind of compensation and just having to wear the same clothes for 2 days. Also the Hong Kong to Vancouver, and Vancouver to Seattle flights were also delayed"

Food was horrible- stereotypical airplane food and such a disappointment compared to some of the other flights with other airlines I’ve taken to various parts of Asia. Also, who charges for alchohol on an international flight?! They also don’t have entertainment systems on their flights- you need to download their app before take off so you have access to 5 crappy movies. Seriously, pay $100 more and go with someone else."
Pros: "Knowing that there is not enough head-room for carry-on luggage, I joined to volunteer to check-in my carry-on luggage. Service agent at the counter is very helpful and great service attitude. I asked if they have plastic twistee so I can lock my carry-on luggage before check it in. Unlucky there is none. I hope Air Canada can consider providing this ( I got from Cathy pacific before at check-in luggage counter) since they may help re-assure traveler like me who don't prepare a lock for the hand carry suitcase."

Thought it should be in a simple plastic container => even though I agree to minimal use of plastic for environmental reason. 4) The insufficient headroom for carry-on really slow the boarding time and cause delay in departure. Need better idea to help with this. may be for those who volunteer to check-in their carry on, they get a coupon for priority to board next time?"

I understand this serious health risk, but passengers need to be handed out free of charge crackers or cookies if they were counting on eating their own snack. Passengers were putting both their carry on and personal item in the over head storage and therefore there wasn't enough storage for those would only wished to store one item."
Cons: "Baggage hasn't arrived after 45 minutes"
Pros: "Overall a good experience. Had to pay for food but it was quite good so I didn't mind. Supposedly the crew were short staffed but I found them attentive and helpful and to be honest I believe the people who complained may have been a little precious."
Pros: "The on board entertainment was phenomenal. My kids LOVED that they could connect and play games with each other. The gate agents in narita were the sweetest people I've come across in a long time."
Cons: "Air Canada is pretty dang snobby for the most part. Im not sure when a rule was instituted that headphones can't be worn under 10000 feet, but my three children were targeted many times about their headsets... on the ear, boring kid headsets... and there were THREE adults around us wearing similar headsets that were not bothered. I am a single mother of three tired children and we were settling in for a long flight and I found the treatment very unnecessary and discriminatory. The food was pretty awful, lol. We ordered kids meals and none of my kids ate on the flight."
Cons: "Food was terrible especially for Prem economy. Chicken dish very bad. Difficult to get a second glass of wine with main meal."

Cons: "Security took nearly an hour to get through even though it didn't look very busy."
Cons: "Our flight was cancelled after already waiting through a 3.5 hour delay. The inbound flight was delayed due to weather, and as a result, there was no crew available for our flight. This left us stranded at Pearson at 3am with no Air Canada agents available for assistance. After a two hour wait on hold with Air Canada customer service, we were told the earliest flight we could get on was two days later. Unacceptable. We ended up having to buy tickets with WestJet. Weather delays are understandable. Not having sufficient customer service agents available for assistance nor having enough crew on call is inexcusable and incompetent."
Pros: "Very helpful crew and staff assisting with golf buggy ride"
Cons: "It was horrible experience going through the Vancouver custom. Some one decided to random check a brown guy traveling alone. Okay, I get it. I give them credit for profiling me. But, I was very disappointed that they only know and follow the rules in their book. Dumping the luggage and wallet on the floor and then asked me to put everything back was not gonna help you find anything. They need to be bit smart and have some people skills. I mean a car salesman is smarter than this custom officer. I walked in for random screening with great respect for those officers but walked out with zero respect and maybe worse experience of my life. If you mistreat a innocent person just have a courtesy to say sorry or give them a stuffed canadian bear. We can understand!! One last thing for custom or border officers, treat the people the way you wanted to be treated."
Pros: "Air Canada ground crew where very good and helpful as where all staff"
Cons: "Plane was overly cramped, if you eliminate one set of seats and only had 8 across and less row, I think you would make great improvements to overall customer satisfaction if the seating was mad alittle more comfortable"
Pros: "The most important thing of course is that we arrived safely of course. The plane was clean, the staff members were polite."
Cons: "The seats were so small and terribly uncomfortable. I looked it up and it seems they are some of the smallest seats in the industry. They packed the dreamliner with more seats than it was meant for, making it really cramped for an international flight. Most people had to sit with their feet in their chair because it was so uncomfortable, and my knees were jammed up into the back of the seat in front if I put them down. And I'm only 5'7" so I can't imagine what it would be like for people 6' and above. The seats are hard, narrow and sloped at an odd angle. The bathroom design is poor - the lids of the toilets will NOT stay up and come crashing down on your back when you sit down (disgusting!!). I tried 4 toilets before I could find one that worked without the loose lid. Also the food was really inferior. It is the worst food I have had on an international flight, and I have flown many trips including Delta, Emirates, British Airways, Air France, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, etc. There was also a much smaller movie selection than I am used to. Overall it seemed like a budget airline and was one of my least comfortable trips."
Pros: "Nice friendly staff in the plane. Nice friendly staff at the airport, although very slow and getting confused easily. Need more training."
Cons: "Checkin process has to be SERIOUSLY reviewed and improved, especially for International travelers. Our boarding passes printed in Okinawa had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason, and we narrowly avoided a huge line to wait into because staff mistakenly made us wait in the WRONG lane. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !"
Cons: "had to pa for poor selection (the cheese "platter" ran out quickly :( )"
Pros: "I thought the overall service was very good. I like how well the crew communicated with the passengers and how smoothly everything went."
Cons: "The food (dinner: chicken with rice, breakfast: eggs) was ok, maybe even a little yummy, but could've been better (eggs where a bit too wet). I also felt like the movie selection was rather disappointing. A lot of not so great hollywood blockbusters."
Cons: "The check in counter was a mess. Though we had checked in online, it still took forever to check in at the counter as the machines could not print out the bag tags, then there was another line up for dropping off the bags. Those machines also could not read foreign passports though Canadian ones were fine. So we had to wait for our friends who were from overseas. The stewardess doing the announcements went so fast you could not hear her except for a few words, and she had a very strong French accent so it sounded like she was speaking in French all the time. But at least she was better than the pilot, whom we could not hear at all. The only word we heard was "cloudy"."
Pros: "The crew was friendly"
Cons: "Seats are extremely small and cramped. Temperature was too cold during the flight and there wasn't even a fan on so it was the cabin temperature which couldn't be adjusted. In addition No blankets or cushions were provided. The leg room was horrible. I'm only 5'5" and I felt cramped, so I can't imagine how it would feel for someone taller. also, no one checked bags due to the newly imposed fee so everyone crammed their luggage into the overhead compartments and many of us had no room to store our carry-ons and had to put it below our seats, causing even less leg room. the Hawaiian airport also locked out the waiting area for international flights back to Vancouver due to some policy that the area must be locked down until the plane has arrived and everyone is off the plane. Many of us were sitting on the ground outside in the non-air conditioned hallway in front of the stores like homeless people for over 2 hours. Luckily seniors were sitting on wheelchairs and did not have to wait while standing or sitting on the ground. They finally let us in 20 minutes before boarding but really by then it made no difference."

Cons: "multiple incorrect a/c notices by email containing incorrect information. Started with the confirmation of the original flight booking. It had the origin and destination mixed up but had the correct cities. That's impossible with the corresponding flight #'s. Called AC, they said; oh well. Then multiple notices in email of changes to times of depart/arrival/gates. Showing these email changes to A/ C Gate Staff, they said each of those 8 notices for departures or return flights was wrong info and they concluded; "oh well". They don't care, and they weren't interested in reporting the errors to IT people."

Cons: "on march 13/ 2016 booked my tickets on kayak.com so end up getting it with vayama.on july 28 missed my flight for a family raison called vayama and explained the situation they said they will help me just they need to confirm with the airlines (air canada) and they will give me new tickets.no body called me back ,called air canada said: we have ticket but you need to get it from vayama.called vayama again he said sorry about that i will let everyone know and he promise me that i will get help a.s.a.p.did't hear from them left with my wife and two kids in morocco for a week end up buying new tickets from laufthansa"

Cons: "Plane could have been slightly cleaner (eg replace old, ratty in-flight magazines). Food was reasonable but a bit bland."
Cons: "Hair in my breakfast and they wouldn't give me another meal also by the time they reached me all the options but the overlooked egg was available they didn't explain just dumped the meal on my tray table and when I asked for the other option was told straight out no... I've flown on many airlines and that was by far the most foul meals I've ever had budget airlines do better won't fly ac anytime again.... My original flight was delayed 5 hours to connect so I was transferred to another flight and my bags didn't make it so I went 4 days without luggage also"

Cons: "Crew was an hour late arriving at airport so flight was delayed. No food, not even a snack, on a 5+ hour flight is not acceptable."
Cons: "This was an absolutely terrible flying experience. Our flight from Toronto to Vancouver was delayed by almost 5 hours, which meant I missed my connection to Victoria. Almost no information was given about what to expect about our onward travel connections in Vancouver (most people had connections). I was told that not only would AC book me on an alternate flight, but there would be an agent to meet us with information about baggage, hotel stays, etc. There was no such agent. An agent was only available for folks connecting long-haul to Sydney, Australia, but for no other destinations. I tried to call the airline directly to get information, and kept being told "you will have to speak to someone at the airport". No information was given about where my bags where, whether they would be at the airport or about my connecting flight. I was also told that if I chose to stay in a hotel I would need to pay out of pocket and then seek reimbursement. Unwilling to take the risk of not getting reimbursed, I, like many of my fellow travellers, chose to suck it up and sleep on the floor at the airport. They also failed to tell me that I would need a brand new boarding pass, so after waiting 30m to get through security, I then was sent back to wait another 30m to "check in" yet again and get another boarding pass. This was absolutely one of the worst flying experiences I've had recently, and it utterly frustrates me that AC has a near-monopoly on Canadian air travel. I live in Victoria and will likely go back to what I did in the past, which was take sea travel to Seattle and fly from there just to avoid Air Canada."
Pros: "Staff was professional and courteous. The staff was helpful but were too busy dealing with the full plane load of passengers."
Cons: "Crowded middle seat that was uncomfortable to sit in. Sat next to severely overweight person, who needed two seas to be comfortable. I was squished. The seat belt was tangled up and I could not fix it to adjust it. Bell to call flight attendant was not working. The middle light bulb was burnt out. Took my book to read on this long flight but could not read. just sat in the dark when the lights went out. Boarding the plane seemed like planned chaos! No one (passengers) listened to instructions and these were poor given by those responsible to oversee the boarding the plane. Fight was delayed for half an hour with people coming on at such late time. Had to change seats to accommodate others - family with children. Dealing with disembarkation should be better and much too long. Those with connecting flights should leave first and can be identified earlier to prevent cheating. Those with children should be next. Those in the aisle seats then leave, followed by those in the middle and window seats. Loading the plane after the business class or first class should be according to seat number from the back of the plane to the front. this completely random boarding boarding clogs up the aisle with passengers and luggage. I thought in an emergency this plane would not be efficiently evacuated. You can call me Seelochan Beharry 604-261-6690"

Pros: "We got upgraded into the Elite section, which we excitedly thought would be business class with a nice full recline, as we had been up for more than 24 hours when we left Seoul, but were disappointed. It was more like the Economy Plus on United. A forward cabin with wider seats with a bit more legroom and maybe little bit more recline as a result. On one meal we were served fon china like from business, but on the breakfast, I got china and my husband got the typical plastic and foil square trays. The restroom for the cabin was foreward and was not crowded, which was nice."
Cons: "What I really disliked about the special Elite section was that the arm rests are immovable and the trays embedded in the arms, just like when you are in a bulkhead seat. That's one reason why I avoid the bulkhead seats. So, even though I was sitting next to my husband, it meant that we couldn't remove the 4-6 inches of hard chair arms between us. i could not curl up with my head or feet in his lap, the way we could in a regular economy seat. Therefore I did not sleep on the flight the way I had on the comparable trip outbound."
