The pick-up location isn't at the airport but in the heart of Condado which I new anyway so you have to add a ride to and from the airport if you fly in.Reviewed 2 Mar. 2023

Office closed at 12:00 p.m. on a Saturday (having the office placed in a touristic location). When I went to another office (in SJU airport) they weren’t interested on offering me a solution keeping the same price but twice as much. Overall experience 0/10.Reviewed 19 Oct. 2022

Super duper helpful guys at the desk who helped me at check-in after a very trying and long travel day full of delays with two young boys. I somehow had accidentally booked the car at a different location in the city and not at the airport, but they were extremely understanding and helpful and found me the same class of car and even pulled out a promo rate so that the price wouldn't differ much despite my error. Very grateful for their help and great service. Car was great as well.Reviewed 17 Apr. 2022
