I had two rentals in 5 days. The first one was aweful! It was late in the evening and they ran out of cars. So the counter lady gave me a damaged sedan at right rear bump. I drove the car to my hotel and inspect the car and found the damage which was marked with white sharpies. Apparently they are aware of the damage but did not tell me. To get a peace of mind, I tried call customer service multiple times to solve the situation. It was a frustrating experience but I was able to reach the right department and have them recorded it. When I returned the car 4 days later, the receiving guy just laughed and told me not worry and he knew about the damage! But it was a bad experience. The second rental was smooth! I rented a car since my flight was cancellation. However, my wife left her purse when I returned it. The customer service was very helpful this time! One call and they reached out to the rental location and found the purse! What a difference in a day!Reviewed 18 Apr. 2023

Van had seats falling apart and debris and trash including Mcdonalds wrappers and old burger. I've never seen anything like it. Was sent all around the city trying to find a replacement van and then when they gave me the keys, that van had trash in it as well. They did not have the vehicle I ordered and could not give me one that fit my needs. I ordered a van and they tried to put me in a Kia Rio!!! So massively disappointed in how the workers at Plantside acted and how unimportant them not full-filling the confirmation. We found out when we got there, they could have called to save us the trip. Called customer service and they were not helpful at all. Only confirmed that they did not have any van for us. Worst experience of my life. The car was small but it was fine. I did have to clean the windows inside and out because there was some filmy stuff on them and I could not see through them clearly. The pricing was okay but I had to keep it for 4 days and 3 hours (very odd) or the daily rate was going to increase from $57 to $131. If I kept it over the 99 minimum hours, and then wanted to return it the return amount was going to be less than $20. So I just kept it for the full week.Reviewed 31 Jan. 2023
