The engine light came on within a few minutes of driving and I had a 1300 Mile journey ahead of me. It had me concerned, but ultimately I made it with no issues. The staff I encountered were ALL top notch Price was fair for a comfortable vehicle

I feel scammed /cheated. The price that I have booked during online is totally different when I pay in on the spot. The charges is way higher than expected and it is almost double as what I have booked online. There are additional different types of tax in the payment and the taxes prices is totally different when I book online. The customer service doesn’t allow me to negotiate and he said it is a must to pay. I have no choice because I need the car in hurry. I’m asking for refund for those additional charges.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Car was dirty. Interior of front windshield was a mess. We had rain that week and windshield wipers were terrible. A previous customers sunglasses were inside of vehicle. I’m not sure the car was cleaned prior to my pickup.

Mis-leading location. I had to walk across the busy street to rent a car from Hertz yet there was Hertz at the Buffalo Airport. Strange. I think that gotta be corrected. Tristan

The pickup process was simple, but the drop off location had been temporarily closed without any notification. Because of this, I had to return my car to a different location and call for about an hour to be retroactively reimbursed, a really annoying process.

Office was closed when I got there. Plane was 1 hr late and office was already closed by that time (noon on Sat). Should not have been an option for me to rent at this facility given early closure on a Saturday.

Kayak’s link to Enterprise was a DEAD END - not once but 3 times. Enterprise did not have the cars Kayak indicated they had. It cost me hours to sort out including an extra 4-hour round trip to Buffalo to get the vehicle we needed through other dealers. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KAYAK - ENTERPRISE

The whole experience was unhappy. The least they could have done, was call me to let me know that the car I rented, was not available. I had to find a ride all the way to the car rental agency, only to find that they did not have the car that I booked.

My experience with dollar wasn’t the best. I ended up paying Over $2000! The Rental they gave me wasn’t the Rental I purchased online. Plus the Rental had the engine light on as well!!
