My flight was delayed, I got to the booth as the employees shut down their computer and refused to help me. I had to go rent with a different company. I haven’t even started to investigate if I was charged for the rental or not. I’m sure that will be the next battle.Reviewed 12 Feb 2026

It was never clear where we were to go to pick up the car. We received communications to go to Advantage, National and then received what seemed like an unsolicited email from Fox to go there. We tried calling several phone numbers locally but they were not working numbers. We booked another rental company. Information MUST be accurate as to where to go to get the car!Reviewed 8 Feb 2026

Well they are a scam. They charged us 88 dollars for an insurance that covered the 90%, he did something small to the car and made us to pay the full price. They also tricked us to pay it there instead to reducing the money from the deposit saying that it would help us to get the money back from the insurance, and then we discovered it was a lie 🙂!Reviewed 20 Jan 2026

The staff at the rental office in Rome were great. As was the person in the garage. The fact that the car smelled of tobaco and that there was a half smoked joint on the ground at the passenger side bothered me though. Like I don't judge, but still, would prefer to not have illegal narcotics in my car.Reviewed 5 Jan 2026
