Pros:Very efficient staff—I was in my car in less than 5 min from arriving at the counterCons:I wanted a compact car, but the key to it was misplaced so I was given a “free upgrade” to an SUV. It was a definite upgrade in car, but as the city I was driving in had narrow streets and park places, I was wishing I had the compact instead. Really think twice about accepting an alternate class of car and if it will suit your needs as well.Reviewed 18 Nov. 2019

Pros:Arrangements made ahead of time were all right at pick up. Fairly quick pick up, quite straight forward. Super easy drop off.Cons:Would have preferred to pick a car from a few choices.
