the young lady was at hertz seems very unprofessional. she did not mentioned that how to drop off car keys or she did not mentioned that how much money they will charge on my credit card. they did not give any explanation. she just hand over the keys to me and get my signature. even when i asked her question she answer that question falsefully. the another co worker interrupted her and corrected answer. worse experience everReviewed 19 Aug 2024

I had a road accident that collided with an animal in highway, causing damage to the car(dented hood). I didn’t buy insurance prior to and during picking up the car. However Policy of the insurance isn’t clear in terms of making up for the loss and repair. It turns out to be not optimal for a situation like this to go as long as it did to let me know how much I am going to pay as I am a traveler and leaving soon. But I don’t want to leave without fixing the problem.Reviewed 10 Jan 2024
