I booked a Toyota RAV4 on short notice and was told there are actually no RAV4’s in stock and that the cheapest option was to move to a BMW 2-series. I was then told the 2-series is usually $25 more expensive per day but the price would be reduced to $15/day more as I was visiting Boston to see my mother in the hospital (who unfortunately ultimately passed 4 days later). I see the final invoice is not reflecting the $15/day price quote I was verbally advised. Can someone help take a closer look? Thanks.Reviewed 2 Mar. 2023

They accepted my reservation and my money only to tell me they had no cars available except luxury vehicle which were 10 times the cost of my booked rental and a $2500 deposit, while also informing me they had no Intention of honoring my original booking while being rude af, knowing I had just landed in a new city with an important meeting to get to. When I asked them why they said “because it is cold out the demand is higher and we can” And it was during that cold snap this past weekend where it dropped below zero. All the while, continuing to badger me to let them have a pastry from a box i stopped to get from a special place back hone that I had carried on the plane as a gift to the people I was meeting with. I had been a subscriber of their services for 6 months earlier this year and now, they are dead to me. Dead to me.
