Pros:I got lucky ans they upgraded me to a nice car for the same price because they did not have the car I reserved ready for me.Cons:The pick up process took forever. The rep spent about 15 minutes with each person getting them their car, and by the time I got to the front of the line, it took An additional 1/2 hour. He kept trying to upsl me on a fancier car and wasting time doing so. (I then reaslized he was trying to get me to pay for the upgrade he invariably needed to give me anyway because they didn’t have an economy car ready) At return at Boston airport, they have not labeled the rental car returns with the Sixt signs yet, so returning the car was nearly impossible. I kept driving INto the wrong returns area and it took about 30 minutes of bizzantine entering and exiting the rental building to find the right drop off area.Reviewed 14 Sep. 2020

Never AgainCons:They are NOT located at the Boston Logan airport; they are 3 miles away and in Boston traffic this is a nightmare and created ridiculously unnecessary delays for me. Additionally, their shuttle service can't take you to the airport, only to the airport car rental drop off, where you take an airport-sanctioned car rental shuttle to the terminals. We missed our flight because of these delays. The first car they put me in had been smoked in and while they did give me a different car, the delays were not appreciated. I am still waiting for them to adjust a billing error because they charged me more than double the rate at which I booked the rental. Too many errors at the customer service level that all could have been avoided and I will not be using them ever again.Reviewed 24 Nov. 2015

Pros:Not a damn thing!Cons:I was unaware Sixt's hours of operation is 9am - 5pm. I had my reservation pick up at 5pm, but they were closed! I had no choice but to rent from another place. I've called all their numbers (I have yet to get a hold of a person) & sent emails to get a refund (automated responses only) I'm beyond upset!Reviewed 26 Aug. 2020

Pros:The car was in great shape and it was a reasonable price for the weekCons:The signage was not very clear for both pickup and drop off at the rental car center. The wiper blades I had were also old and needed to be replaced, I ran into a snowstorm on the way back and the visibility was terrible.
