Pros:Short line. Hand sanitizer available. In Sarasota the rental car agent credited me for the toll I had to pay at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, which was not included in the prepaid EZ Pass (which uses photo recognition for payment)Cons:Staff member read a script of items available to purchase such as insurance and Sirius XM and EZ Pass. Hard to hear with mask. Could have been friendlier and less robotic. Purchased the EZ Pass for the week, however EZ Pass on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel requires the EZ Pass device, or credit card payment, no photo recognition. Tool booth clerk complained that rental car companies should know this by now. Had to pay at that toll booth. Also, rental desk extremely hard to find coming in a car to pick up the car, as opposed to getting off airport shuttle. Pros:NothingCons:It would’ve been great if I received a car?! My reservation was for 7 pm, I came at that time and was told there are no cars available. Asking when I would get a car wasn’t helpful: they told me they don’t know. I wasn’t given any options what I should do, when I can get a car or anything... Pros:Thrifty was fineCons:Thrifty was fine, but priceline was terrible, it was not clear that the rental was not editable and it really screwed me up. I will not be renting using Kayak again unless I am giving more trip flexiablity. Also I rent a car with 7 seat and had to upgraded to even get what I rented. ReeeeddiculousReviewed 8 Feb. 2021

Pros:Customer service was good. Overall pick up/ drop off was quick and easy. Car was clean and drove well.Cons:The toll pass was not worth it. A total rip off. The only reason I purchased was because I didn't have an EZ pass and was unsure if I would be able to pay cash.Reviewed 11 Dec. 2020

Pros:I was told when I arrived that the rental location had a shortage on vehicles and was advised to cancel my reservation if I did not want to wait around 2 hours for a return to come through. I went to all other rental car companies in the airport and no one was able to accommodate a last minute booking so was forced to wait and indeed ended up waiting 2 hours although I had made the reservation close to a week in advance. This was very inconvenient and I was not able to get to my destination in time.Cons:It would have been nice if I was contacted ahead of time to be notified of the shortage to have enough time to make alternate arrangements. Further, I checked Thrify's website and was still shown that vehicles were available. When I asked the customer service rep, she said their website was "broken". There were at least five other parties in my same situation at this location, each of which was frustrated and had somewhere to be.Reviewed 12 Oct. 2020

Pros:Drop off personnel was helpful.Cons:Rented one type of car and when I got there had to wait the original car was not available no incentive was offered for the mix up ended up paying more then originally planned for a smaller car. And car was dirty and empty on gas when received when I went to the counter to inform they answered that is all that was available.Reviewed 16 Sep. 2020
