The price is a scam. It gives an illusion that it will not cost a lot, but they do not take Canadian insurance companies, which makes no sense as I have full coverage even for rental vehicles through my insurance and if not, through my extended health care provider, but was forced into buying their supplemental insurance, which cost more than the vehicle rental price.
The first day they didn’t have any cars available and then when I got one and brought it back k they tried to charge me $100 to clean and it wasn’t dirty
I wasn’t able to get the car. Tried to cancel within an hour but was told I couldn’t. Even went to their office (which they said was AT the airport but was not) to rent the car and after waiting for a very long time in line I was left waiting by the attendant who called me and then left his post without warning, Finally the other attendant called me but would not accept my insurance without written proof so I left without the car, My husband was in an intensive care unit and I couldn’t wait any longer.
Terrible. Customer service at the counter was so bad we ended up not even being able to get our car. Went next door and got a car with no problems at all. Priceless is horrible and I lost all my money. No one would give me a refund. Won’t use Kayak or Priceless again.
Very bad The withheld my deposit on my visa & took the full amount. They don’t call me back or respond to the 6 emails that I have sent. I contacted head office & so far they have only sent a request questioning the deposit.
Terrible. I do not think Kayak should be advertising for this rental company. This is my second time trying to book through priceless and both times have been a huge disappointment. I pre-paid and and trying to get my money back. They never answered the phone with the number provided for shuttle pick up. The contract never stated anything about a $2000 hold, only $500 which I was prepared to do. Do NOT recommend this company. I book via kayak all the time and this is a huge disappointment.
