Cons: The plane was almost unbearable hot for a 15 hour flight. It got to a point where I felt like I was almost suffocating. Eventually the air came on stronger bit that was lile 7 hours in.

Cons: There seems to be a continual problem with the ear buds connectors to the entertainment systems - they didn’t work for my random seat both ways! It was the same for my seat and the seat next to mine on return! We both had to be moved - again!! Hmmm!

Cons: Terrible customer service. This is not a good airline.

Pros: I booked thru a search engine more than 3 months before the flight but was not allowed to select my seat. I was seated at the last seat in the middle. The trip was long, more than 12.hrs and being in the aisle would have been comfortable. It is not my 1st time to ride the airline . .

Cons: Very narrow seats with very very limited leg room. I’m only 5’4” tall and had no leg room. My sister is 5’11” and had leg cramps from the 4.5 hour flight because of the lack of leg room. Probably time to replace this plane.

Cons: Lounge in SFO and Shanghai was shared with other airlines and a bit crowded. Food is not as impressive as in the business class on some other airlines - even the food in HK airport lounge is not that impressive - neither the varieties nor the taste

Pros: Still have not flown out of Vancouver...24 hours later. Flight was delayed because of fog apparently but all other planes were landing and my connection had just landed in it. They did a terrible job updating everyone, no announcements were made so people individually had to go up to the counter. Finally after 2.5 hours of delays they said they just decided to cancel the flight and there would be another one at 7am the next morning. Once everyone got to the check in counter with their luggage they had 2 people dealing with everyone and the line up was all the way down the airport. All they needed to do was gift hotel information which was alittle slip basically saying try one of these 3 hotels. The staff member I dealt with was so confused as to why i had my checked buggage eventhough all 100 people in line had theirs and we were told it would have to be rescheduled and tagged for the morning flight. Seemed crazy how someone who worked for the airline was very confused, I spent 5 minutes explaining it to her then she ran away for 5 to speak to her coworker and came back to say I was correct. They then told everyone who was connecting in Hong Kong to call this 888 number to book their connection. The number tells you to leave a voicemail if you’re basically not calling for accounting or finance! I left a voicemail...of course no call back. You can also reschedule online it says, so I tried and it tells me that my ticket number isn’t correct eventhough it is! It’s the same one on my boarding pass and on my electronic boarding ticket. I decided I’ll just have to wait till I’m at the airport for my 7am flight...wake up to go for the 7am flight and they have delayed it AGAIN until 4pm. We are staying at an airport hotel and you can here planes consistently flying in...not sure the issue. Overall, experience has not been a good one. Staff is confused and communication is poor. I’m feeling doubtful we will ever make it to Hong Kong and Bangkok at this point.

Cons: Movies were pretty much still the same as 10 weeks ago. Not possible to sleep in the seat in premium economy right by the toilets and galley. Constant door clattering and toilet flushing. In other cabins the noise wasn't as bad, probably better insulated?

Cons: Flight was 3 hours late. Crew was disorganized & inefficient. Announcements were repetive & not helpful. Waited 2-1/2 hours on plane before departure because crew was terribly ineffective boarding passengers that were re-routed from another flight. No weather or mechanical issues, bad decisions.

Cons: Air Canada not even offering a snack on a 3 hour flight now. Ridiculous.

Pros: Flight is amazing, sacious seats and best quality entertainment. Most importantly only airlines to give inflight free wifi

Cons: The PAL terminal in MNL is one of the worst airports in the world. PAL's in flight service is fine. But they really need to improve their terminal if they want to keep customers

Pros: I've been flying China Southern for my last 4 Transpac flights. The equipment is competitive with all the carriers are always clean. Their 777-300ER from SFO to CAN is very comfortable in economy. The seats and headrest a very supportive and yet have a soft touch. 14 hours and 35 minutes and I wasn't numb. They provide complimentary beer and wine throughout the flight. Their price often cannot be beaten.

Cons: CZ658 SFOCAN January 20, 2019, is the first time my seat back infotainment system didn't work. I didn't have to say anything. An inflight staff brought me a tablet preloaded with a slimmed down assortment of movies, music etc. I usually binge watch and this time it worked out

The stewardess didn't even understand that airplane mode exists for cell phones. She screamed at me to turn it off. Entertainment was a disaster

Cons: CE is budget carrier so you are often not walking into or out of terminal in China . You are on minibus commuting to/from plane. Once you land it may still be a 30-40 min commute to parking spot and minibus to terminal.

Pros: I liked the foods serviced and kind crews. The flight departed on time. The atmosphere of cabin was quiet.
