This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Our flight was canceled after we paid in full and began making further plans. we were refunded only around75% of what we paid! I strongly recommend against ordering Aegaen Airlines!

The connecting flight lay over was 4.00 hours, the gate agent booked me on the next flight which was about to depart at no extra cost.

Lisbon, make sure to get food , coffee prior to going to boarding gates as there is no food being served after. Only vending machines. A lot of check points to get to the boarding gates. Not enough seating for passengers waiting to board. Crew was very courteous and kind.

We could not check in early, I think because we purchases through a third party, therefore once we got to the airport, no seats together, and only middle seats. Will never do that again

Once we got through the long line at security, everything was very good from boarding to exiting the place. The flight crew was very friendly. What Air Transat could do much better is to put us through to TSA Pre-Check since my wife and I are Nexus members. We have never enjoyed this privilege with Air Transat, but, we always get this with Air Canada at the FLL airport. So, this is possible to do.

I think as another discount flyer they stepped up the bar. I think they should stay around for awhile

We had a good flight, service was good and lots of leg room. Service was good and the staff were friendly.

This is not really an Air Canada item, but the PA system un the Cancun airport is very poor. Any passenger announcements or changes were basically inaudible.

Overall I will say it was a very good experience. It was as comfortable as can be expected for such a long flight - 12 hours from Toronto to Tokyo. Everyone was very pleasant and polite. Even the passengers were cooperative and trying to be nice to each other. Of course the space is limited on such a long flight. The bathrooms were actually very clean. The food was very good. I liked how there was a variety of food options. The in flight entertainment system was also very impressive! There were some children on the flight but they were well behaved and hardly ever crying. Great Job Canada Air! I will definitely fly with Air Canada again!

My wife and I especially liked the fact that the Toronto agent went beyond expectation to allow my wife and I to sit together. There was no option for us when we booked our seats. Very thankful!

Seats could be more comfortable and food can be better and price was too high

It was upsetting that the flights were canceled but that was due to weather. I did not receive any vouchers for food or a hotel stay when I was forced to spend the night in Montreal. I was also upset when my seat was changed many times.. The plane seemed old with a non-functioning screen and loose side pockets.. All in all in need of updating. On the positive side, the staff in areas was friendly and helpful.

Lost my bag. My first ever flight with them that they forced me to gate check my bag on, due to them having a 30 year old plane with small carry on bins, and they lost my bag. Never again.

It was good. They ran out of snacks, which we didn't get the first time through. Free movie selection was great. Glad my husband had extra headphones with him. Airplane was still cramped, but we survived. I had to squish between him and another man. I'm glad I was smaller than them, but still tight.

The flight got canceled multiple times and we had to drive their to reach midnight for our next morning interview. Poor and unriable experience. Now have to ask for a refund since we didn't need their rescheduled flight three days later.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...

Great flight. Left on time, not very crowded. Quiet and the right temperature.

Dropping off checked in luggage was terrible. The queue was insane. It took over an hour to drop off a checked -in suitcase. They had four flights checking in at once and 2 people in the kiosk to assist

I travelled on biz class and f there is no water in the toilette to wash my hands I would expect to have this indicated somehow and not just finding out when I'm there expecting to be able to wash my hands and teeth. Also this is in general that it is always so rushy at the end of these kind of long flights. It is like we are sitting there for 9 hours and the last 1.5 hours just feels like I have time for nothing. Because food comes and at the same time we are close to destination everyone tries to pack their stuff and go to toilette and eat and everything :))) not that like I would know a good solution here I just wanted to raise this :)

On boarding, I used the bathroom. There was dirt (perhaps food) on the bathroom floor, and the sink in the bathroom was overflowing (old dirty water in the sink). There was zero entertainment, no charging capabilities for phones, and there was no food. The only complimentary beverage was a cup of water. This is atrocious for a 4 hour international flight. British Airways should be embarassed!

Never got on this AA flight since British Airways delayed my original flight 29 hours

It was nice and smooth from boarding to landing. Flight crew was wonderful and very professional.

Maybe less gate changes for connecting flight; which almost made me miss my second flight even though I had 3 hrs layover.

The flight was late and we missed our connection because of that

Due to air traffic control, although we boarded the aircraft early, take off was delayed for nearly 50 minutes. This meant we arrived in Lyon late … and the baggage took over 30 minutes to be offloaded … not the best experience.

Whoever did the study on the layover times in Heathrow did not take into acorns the amount of time it would take to get through security at peak times. We almost missed our flight both ways through Heathrow. Also the signage is good but not very clear.

Crew was great. Flight was quick . BUT boarding was outside, down and up steps w carryon. Upon arrival we were on tarmac for 45 minutes due to no buses for terminal, more than 30 of us missed our connection. Exhausting.
