Pros: Good seats. Crew was not very hospitable. They went by with water and didn’t give us any. We upgraded for the complementary cocktails and my husband didn’t even get a chance to get one.

Cons: More attention especially for the upgraded seats that offer complementary things. We got better service in our economy seats on the way to LA. I wouldn’t pay extra to upgrade again.

Cons: Where should I begin? Incoming flight was late, so UA 1560 was delayed. After boarding, IFE was not working. Crew could not get it to work. Snack options were NON-existent for a 5-hour flight. Upon arriving at Newark, the gate was not available. Come on United this is your hub. Final straw, the baggage took about 50 to 60 minutes to arrive.

Cons: This was a red-eye from Costa Rica to Chicago. I sat in the very back row, so I really felt the turbulence back there. But I had no chance of sleeping through it because my seat would not lean back; in fact it was so far upright that I was almost leaning forward. I can normally sleep on any flight but this was like sitting in a tiny cage designed to prevent me from finding any remotely comfortable position or getting any rest at all. They should not be allowed to sell a seat like this.

Pros: Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC

Cons: Something to work on is organizing the flights in order when you are checking in. I arrived and it was a mess, we didn't know where to go and which line to take. Please make sure you put signs so we can follow and be more organized.

Pros: After arriving, Alaska’s terrible logistics meant Forty minutes on the ground before being allowed to deplane. Among other fails, the ground crew couldn’t figure out how to connect the stairs to the plane. Just dreadful. Then a ludicrous bus ride, rather than being in a terminal. Just dreadful.

Cons: I got two basic economy seats and no seat assignment until after other passengers had already started boarding. The gate agent showed up late so it was a hassle to get to the counter and find out where I was sitting. Then there was a long backup on the gang way, and we still couldn't get on the plane. We were delayed sitting on the tarmac for an extra hour, the crew could have given us drinks or snacks then.

Cons: For one my bag happened to some how end up on another flight I arrived at 4 pm in denver and didnt get my bag till 11 pm yesterday evening

A compensar con alimentos pero lo único que dieron fue una galleta vencidas, y una bebida no más mal servicio, no lo recomiendo viajar en UNITED

Cons: This is my first time that I travel to US form dec 18 and have to pay for luggage. I can understand if that’s a company policie, but maybe I can flight in another airline that’s doesn’t have any variable fees.

Cons: Our family of 7, with 5 kids aged 7-14 were spread over the plane. It has been awhile since I flew AA...No entertainment system like United Airlines.

Pros: Excellent American Airlines crew the purser Lisa was very welcoming and helpful and attentive during the flight. Seamless!

Cons: The pilot could have informed us of a delay getting to our gate. Instead, we sat on the apron in the plane for 15 minutes before the flight attendant informed us of the reason for the delay.

Cons: My seat was very uncomfortable- no idea why. Couldn't get comfortable the whole 4 hours!

Pros: The crew were excellent. The seat was not very comfortable - it had a very firm seat cushion. The flight time was about 5 hours so it was OK. I adjusted to the feel of the chair. We had seats next to an exit door so we had more leg room which was nice.

Cons: The seat was not very comfortable. The seat cushion was quite firm. I sat for 15 hours on a Qantas seat which was quite a bit more comfortable. There was no onboard entertainment unless you had a cell phone and could download the West Jet app. I was spoiled by my flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney. They had touch screens on the backs of the seats so you could choose movies, radio, games, and flight info and the seats were much more comfortable.

Cons: The plane was delayed by an hour and thirty minutes because it was coming from another airport where it was delayed.

Cons: The flight was delayed for approximately 3 hours for mechanical problems.

Pros: This was a full-size jet, and the seats were more comfortable than those on the regional jet.

Cons: Filthy plane, one rear lavatory out of order, the other lavatory was dirty from the start of the trip, one of our displays was inoperable and when the crew promised to look into resetting they never got back to us. Just a disappointment compared to other airlines we have flown.
