The original ticket I bought was under $400. I was NOT happy with this at all - Kayak screwed me over and I expect compensation."

Cons: "Flight was booked via Princess for a cruise. Flight from Vacoouver to LAX was through Delta partner Westjet. One schedule number and flight number for Delta, a different set of numbers for Westjet. Westjet requires you call them for seat assignment for a fee. Just not smooth!"

Cons: "I had safety concerns on the flight from YVR to Toronto because seated in the exit row were two individuals who were brought to the gate assisted on a cart and had to wait for assistance to get on and off the flight. They had very poor ambulation which made me nervous as these people have agreed, by sitting in the exit row, that they are able and willing to help in the case of an emergency evacuation. This was not a safe situation and was noted by several passengers."

Then we didn’t have any ground crew to get us off loading ramp. Finally got away 90 minutes or more after scheduled departure. Received only $30 in compensation for meals to be divided by My daughter and I. I viewed this to be very cheap on the part of WestJest, with no consideration for the value of our time. Cons: "The security staff were not prepared to deal with the sudden increase in volume of passengers. Since there were around 300 people ahead of me I knew I was probably not going to make my flight. I felt as though I wanted to ask everyone there if they minded me going to the front of the line as I was probably going to miss the flight, but felt too intimidated. Of course my onboard bag was flagged for further inspection so when I asked the security agent that was being absolutely riduculas with the inspectioin of the mans belongings ahead of me if she could take a look at mine as I was probably going to miss my flight she just gave me this evil look and said im already looking at this mans things. (she didnt need to state the obvious but maybe a little common sense and tact in helping to resolve customers problems would go a lot further than projecting her power trip. Not impressed at all."

We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

I have been to the USA many times and I totally understand this type of interview, but the agent was aggressive, asking questions that were totally irrelevant. She did not even care about why I was going to the USA or where I was staying. Se was rude and I was really unpleased by her attitude saying it was British Airways way off doing interviews. Again I have had many interviews before flying to the USA, never been a bad exerience before"

Cons: "Takeoff was delayed about 35 minutes just due to traffic on the runway. Out of all the flights on our international trip, the only issues we experienced were with American airports. You would think an issue like this would be readily solved by foreplanning, but instead we sat on the tarmac just waiting for our turn to take off. Some form of entertainment on the plane would've been nice. Or at least a place to charge electronics. Our bags arrived at our destination before we did, and although I immediately received a text alerting me to this fact, I was dismayed to find out they were in an entirely different terminal of the DFW airport. After 24 hours of travel and very little sleep, instead of just walking off the plane and retrieving our bags, our group of 20 weary souls had to first determine where our luggage was, catch a bus to a different terminal ( because of the size of our group we couldn't all fit on the first bus, so had to wait for the second bus), and then track down our bags. American Airlines did absolutely nothing to help make this experience any easier for us. Five of our party were in wheelchairs due to various levels of exhaustion or ailment, and all we were told is "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do." This little adventure delayed us about an hour."

Cons: "Flight itself was good, but will never book via JustFly again. 2/3 of my flights were cancelled and I was never notified. Then I had to call to reschedule, which took almost an hour. Then they stated they would send my confirmation via email 24-48 hours. 3 days later and the confirmation still never came. SO I had to call again and wait another half hour. No point in booking through a 3rd party for that type of hassle."

Pros: "Landing at Logan and getting off American airlines"
Cons: "We arrived at St Stomas airport 85 minutes profile to our flights departure. The female manager, Latoya, at the desk was overly rude and completely out of line the way she was speaking to guests. Apparently American Airlines requests 90 minutes before departure to check you in, however their website does say they will try to accomadate customers that have arrived late. This employee refused 24 people access to the flight that we had booked and paid for. She related that she could put everyone on standby for the next and final flight out of Saint Thomas and standby for multiple connecting flights from Miami to many different parts of the country. This is because American Airlines over books their flights on purpose and has no problem leaving people stranded at an airport. Another employee related that it was easily accomplished to confirm is for the flight as we would have plenty of time prior to boarding since the aircraft had yet to arrive from its original location. American Airlines would not speak to any of the paid customers and would not look into other flights to see if there were other options to get customers home. When we boarded the plane there were still 4 customers that American Airlines stranded at the airport with no more flights out of the airport that day. This was an absolute disgrace and it was disgusting to see how the American Airlines staff were treating people. Their companies customer service has nothing to say other then sorry. We still stood in like for an hour and hey could have manually checked us in as they did others. We were promised no planes would leave and when we got to the gate our plane was pulling away leaving 10 of us to scramble to find another flight. Customer service argued with me saying no flights were going to Ottawa and my Kayak app told me otherwise. Thanks for making my flight home for a funeral that much more stressful and having my family wait 4 hours risking all of our lives with freezing rain drive home."

As for boarding, the departing gate kept changing and being removed from the screen before the flight; also there was a 30 min boarding delay."

Cons: "Rouge was the problem here. Unlike regular Air Canada flights, the seats are extra cramped and there are no seat-back TVs or power outlets. (Also, the crew didn't seem to include any French speakers - weird for Air Canada.) I preferenced AC for this flight. Next time I would avoid them if it's Rouge."

Cons: "I am young but I am in heart failure and have an artificial heart. I had requested wheelchair service so I didn't overexert myself at the airport and was wheeled right up to the gate. There were two other older passengers in wheelchairs, one on either side of me. When it came time to pre-board flight attendants came up to both men and helped them on board. They ignored me. Then they announced regular boarding. I had to remove my bags from my lap and get up out of the chair and go to the gate to say I needed to preboard. The man looked annoyd and said they had announced it. When I explained how no one came to me but they did the others he said I could go now. I said I needed help with my bags and he acted VERY surly and put out. He did help me but I felt like they assumed because I was young I couldn't possibly be sick and treated me like a liar."

They refused to check my luggage because they said I had arrived too early. I wasn't too early for my originally scheduled flight! I now had to sit in the airport for 5 hours. I had to call home, arrange a sitter for my children whom I was suppose to see at 8:55 pm. They said there was nothing they could do about it."

Your current 'zone' approach results in lots of waiting for passengers lo sitting in the back....as the front passenger's mess around, trying to get themselves situated...CLUELESS that there are a hundred others WAITING in the aisle, as they tussle with their sweaters, purses, tech equipment, etc. (if you get my gist!). Just something to consider....."

Cons: "Purchased tickets 4 months before this flight for a departure time of 6:05pm. Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight to PHX the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."
