set room is an issue and I am not obese.

One the nicest and great air crews I’ve experienced and I’ve flown a lot

I liked that internet connection while in flight was available.👍

Flight was delayed two hours; for an hour and a half flight?! And so we missed our connecting flight to Rome because of the long walk between the terminals. Hoping to hear back from Alaska about some compensation for our missed flight and night stay in Los Angeles.

Great if it’s not a long flight in coach.

5 hours delay, while seated moved passengers around on the plane. We were out on the runway, had to return to the gate. Changed tires.

3hrs. delay in New Orleans....missed my flight in Seattle by around 5 minutes....same airline. Not sure why they couldn't have communicated. And after talking to the flight attendant on the first flight, they said about 20 passengers are running behind but they still didn't make an announcement to let connecting passengers get off the plane first. So here we were waiting on others to get off the plane that most likely had little to no 'time-crunch'

Excellent service from staff at the gate as well as flight attendants on board. Seats had more room than many other airlines and if they were just a little better cushioned they would have been perfect.

Look at my previous review I just wrote on this survey. It was awful!
