Always excellent. Love that this airline never charges for carry on luggage and the flight attendants always with a great attitude. Thank you Alaska Airlines 😃
The crew in first class did an amazing job keeping me comfortable, well fed and with plenty to drink. They work hard and deserve to be recognized
Flight from LAX to STS das excellent. Flight from DCA to LAX was troubled by the previous flight returning to the one DCA gate putting our flight in jeopardy. However another gate was arranged and that flight was a bit late, but was handled exceptionally.
A very good experience - all staff was friendly and helpful.
My mother suffers from Lupus and has challenges walking. I specifically called Alaska airlines, stated her condition and made sure my mother’s had wheel char assistance towards gate and into the gate hall so she just had to get into the plane and walk a couple of steps. It was assured by Alaska team that the service was granted in both airports , DEN and SAN . In Denver , the wheelchair assistance never arrived. I had to personally grab another airline wheelchair sit my mom.Then I had to go to Alaska Airlines front desk twice to let them know my mother was waiting at the wheelchair service station. Upon arrival to SD Airport , there was no wheelchair service waiting for her in the hall before deplaning. She had to walk her way out in pain. Absolutely inconsiderate and unacceptable by the airline! Never again flying with Alaska Airlines.
You need a n/a category. Too short a flight for food. I love flying on Alaska from Santa Rosa Airport!

I would have liked if the flight existed. To be fair the federal government canceled it. But, since it WAS canceled, I would have liked it if Alaska Airlines had moved a finger to assist me rather then abandoning me with my luggage, unable to check it, for 14 hours in Portland. So federal regulations forbid them from storing my bag? Then at least help me find storage or SOMETHING.
Despite checking in 30 seconds after it was available I was stuck in last row with non-reclining seat and the stench of the lavatory wafting over me. If airlines are going to charge extra for 1 inch of extra legroom and even a basic meal as Iceland Airways does, then they should definitely give a discount for such a bad seat
Hate this airline. Uncomfortable seats, no screens, no good food.
The food quality sucks. One must starve if they do not eat flesh Or wheat based products Some variety would be expected. The trivial amount of snacks and or food is inhumane
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United
Efficient all round, very good crew. Short flight so the food, of course, was just snacks

My flight was delayed about 1 1/2 hours in Chicago, but other then that it was a good flight.
The experience was great, the crew was very polite and hospitable. I will definitely make if my go to airlines.
It was all good flight was on time, service was good I enjoyed a few movies and everything was smooth
