Boarding was awful - no order, people cutting in line, completely chaotic Planes are very old and uncomfortable. Noticeable difference between Delta and United on same route.

The planes can use an actual cleaning. The armrest and seats do not appear to be cleaned on this one and most other planes.

we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. Oh well

Very turbulent flight, no drinks, very little service, unorganized boarding, gate changed multiple times

Pilots were fantastic - super smooth. First Class flight attendant was very attentive. Main Cabin flight attendant should try to smooth the rough edges of her voice - very shrill / punitive. Hurt my ears just to listen to her. Recognize they have a (tough) job to do - but tone over speakers needs to be less like scolding a 5 year old.

This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.

I had the best flight crew I have ever experienced in all my years flying with AA. I would specially like to thank Till Tatum/96038 for her kindness professionalism and outstanding service! My son turned 8 years old one day before our flight and she went out of her way to make him feel so special. We will never forget this flight! The whole crew made a special card for Frankie’s bday and it really touched our hearts. He will never forget it and neither will we! Thank you with all our hearts! We hope to be on more flights with Till Tatum and this amazing crew.

Delayed flight due to maintenance and I have had multiple delayed flights due to maintenance in the last month plus

weather delay of almost 2 hours then we landed and our gate wasn't available so we waited another 30 min

In-flight Wi-Fi didn’t work and the flight was 25 minutes late. The Embraer plane I was on was pretty old and the tray table was broken.
