Find Business Class Flights to Osaka Itami Airport – Compare and Save

There were no vegetarian options on flight from India. Then on the next flight there was no chosen entree available. Movie selection was mediocre

It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.

Very courteous and professional flight attendants. At least from Delhi to Tokyo leg where a good number of passengers are of Indian origin should have some items of Indian cuisine on the menu other than that great experience.

It was okay, short flight so nothing much to comment.

The crew was attentive and provided everything I needed. The food in business class was excellent.

Crews are rude and short. Example: after my drink and was ready to prep my bed to rest. I tried to give my empty glasses to the steward while she was playing her card game on her iPad. The steward told me to take the glass back to my table instead of taking the glass out of my hand. Compare Japanese steward it’s like heaven and hell.

This flight was leg 2 of 2 leg journey. The staff at baggage re-drop in Tokyo were fabulous. Once at gate when time to board, had to take standing room bus to the tarmac to board. Did not like getting out to plane and having to wait 5 minutes until they opened bus door.

I purchased the ticket online and went to do online check in amd the app wouldnt let me. I went to the airline desk and they couldnt confirm my ticket in their system. I ended up having to buy a ticket from the airline directly and paying twice for the same flight. The app wouldnt lwt me check in the kayak purchased ticket until after my flight was taken off.

Consider adding “N/A” to some review options. This flight had no food or entertainment.

I hope they never ran out of the menu choice one makes. They often do.
