I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.

The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..

This airline is full of junk fees. After paying to get my kids to sit with me, we were asked at the gate to check in our roller bags and pay $40 for each one. Peruvian passengers all took their roller bag in the plane. I don’t appreciate airlines who spot the gringos to tax them more.

It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful

Two flights,both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

Delayed flight, few announcements with information, no comps, cluster f boarding because zones weren’t spread out and announced loud and repeatedly, staff did their job -nothing more nothing less, annoying kids were speaking and kicking the heck out of the back of my seat and parents weren’t willing to parent… so another typical day of air travel in the US.,

The flight got canceled due to mechanical issues, and he to be rebooked and missed my appointments for that day

Pulled out of the gate only to sit in the tarmac for an hour and a half for paperwork. Paperwork. Went back to the gate to refuel.

Our original flight was delayed and we almost missed our layover. Fortunately they delayed the second flight as well due to the number of people being on both flights so we got lucky. But it was due to mechanical issues which was frustrating.

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

My concern is with Flight: 441 IAH-FRA I was very cramped in my seat and the person in front of me was reclined. I pulled my wallet out of my purse and when finished I did my best to cram it back into my purse. Our flight was very delayed and we were rebooked twice and lots of airport time. As I got off the flight I noticed that I had dropped my wallet( containing all my credit & debit bank cards + 240 US dollars & 240 Euros. I spoke to customer service & Lost &Found. I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

My school age daughter was not sat near me. We left almost an hour late. Therefore arriving late and missing another flight. Since it was not a connecting flight there was nothing Lufthansa could do about it. After the selay in take off and arrival we waited almost an hour for baggage claim. There was zero concern for my inconvenience. I asked if we could insure being seated together on the return. They stated no because we booked through Kayak. I typically love Lufthansa. This was very disappointing.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Leg room was better than expected. Lavatory’s were easy to access.crew was grea!

Fare was much lower with a layover in London as I was able avoid numerous landing fees that would have been added to the ticket price had I booked a direct flight to Amsterdam.

Quick boarding Clean aircraft Departure delayed but landed early Evening wrap was very good, breakfast was okay.

I liked that even though there was a two hour delay, I was notified WELL in advance, and could arrive at the airport later. Comfort was better than most airlines for the price. The crew was helpful and kind, taking time to respond to passengers’ questions, I noticed. The cheerfulness of the personnel made for a very pleasant vibe throughout. My experience was very positive.

It was truly amazing. I will do it again! Excellent!
