Delta was great because the flight was almost 5 hours so I had access to tons of movies news, etc. so it helped past the time by no other plane WestJet did not have movies so Delta was the best
I am ina wheelchair and the gate agent knew exactly what to do when boarding just the the one of the flight attendants
This was a West Jet leg and was basically on time. Everybody was helpful and kind.
20 year old 737 but really poor service from the flight attendants who must have been new.
Round trip flight to Canada and back to the US was smooth and efficient.

After I checked in, I realized we had no seat assignment. It said they would be assigned at the gate. This was really frustrating because I usually use a lounge before flights, but I couldn't because I had to be at the gate to ensure we got our seat assignments. The gate agent arrived an hour before the flight left. I was the first one up to ask about seat assignments. She told us to wait for names to be called. Dozens of other passengers were paged, but we were not. Finally, I asked my husband to ask. He went up and was also told to wait. About 10 minutes later, they called for boarding. We still had not been told our seats. We went back to the desk and they were in a panic, saying we actually weren't on that flight. Then they made an announcement telling the stand by passengers to not board (in case we needed their seats). It was so stressful and unprofessional. Finally they gave us our seats. I have no idea what happened and why the two desk agents seemed to have conflicting ideas about our seats, whether we were on that flight etc.
Very dissatisfied with the fact that I had upgraded to first class for the second part of my trip only to find out that the lounge was still not available to me, as well as not having any food or drink service on the flight due to weather, so I lost out more than what I paid for.
Delta cancelled my flight less than 24 hours before departure and provided no alternative options. Left me to fend for myself basically. Scrambled to book flight on another airline and paid a fortune to do so last minute.. Can’t wait to see how Delta deals with my refund.
Ran out of my choice of main course in BClass. Kind of weird combo for substitute.
They were fast and I like how they used to entertainment system to play video about the safety.
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United
Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.
Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!
I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.
Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic
Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.
Leg room was lacking. Legs crammed into seat in front.
Flight was delayed but reasonable notice and communication was always there for the passengers.
I think it would have been better to get a heads up to download the app before getting on the plane as I only had wifi in the airport and didn’t realize the plane was an older one. Maybe a little more communication before hand would be lovely. The seats as always were crammed and uncomfortable and trying to convince people to spend an extra 150 so that we have an extra foot of leg room was less then ideal.
Snacks and drinks should be served together and air hostess was not supportive with no smile which was kind of disappointing.
Air canada charged me for a carry on bag that I did not have.
Flight was "over subscribed" which is Air Canada speak for "we cancelled the earlier yyc-yvr flight so we now have more bums than seats".
I was notified 8 hours before that my flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues and they would let me know when they put me on a new flight. Didn’t hear back for 6 hours and was never notified and had to log into the app to find out I was put on a new flight. First time flying with air Canada and won’t fly with them again.
My experience was good. On my return my screen had a glitch but the movie, show and internet options were good. Seats were comfortable, as comfortable as a plane could get in economy. Friendly service. Only complaint would be high price.
Every flight was canceled and they didn’t care much about their passengers
I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.
It was great to have a vegetarian meal option, but departure was delayed because they had oversold the flight. Air Canada, you’re in charge of how many tickets are sold: don’t oversell!
The lead flight attendent was outstanding. We were delayed waiting for a connection and she kept us up-to-date with a great sense of humor. She also made sure a passenger in the back of the plane was sble to get out first to make a connection. She needs to be recognized by your company! She is awesome!
My experience was good with United too But only not so good thing was that at Calgary airport I was not given lounge access despite of flying business. Aspire lounge denied it to me, which was unfair I feel
We had to purchase an upgrade to get reclining seats. There was no entertainment module.
As previously experienced neither check in staff nor cabin crew were friendly or welcoming
The seats were the worst I have ever flown Too narrow, did not recline and the actual seat was hard as a rock. I will tell all travelers to stay away from Avianca flights.
We waited for one hour to deboard the plane after landing. That could be better
Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.

Worst in 25 years. A 10 hours flight from Buenos Aires to Costa Rica and no free food! Then the food available for purchase was sold out in 5 minutes. I was travelling with two kids and wasn't ready to keep them happy with chips and cookies for such a long time. Avianca doesn't make sure that minors sit next to an adult so I was forced to pay 65 USD for each seat in a so called premium seat whic is exactly the same as the economy free seats. Never again with Avianca.
Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.
This is the Spirit of Latino travel. And don’t even get me started on customer service.
