Cons: "Copa is trash . Doesn’t accolade passengers with hotels . They except people to wait in the airport for 14 hrs lay over when it’s their fault ! Straight trash . Poor 79 year old lady had to stay at the airport cause her family was 4 hours away ! Trash trash"
Cons: "The turbulence was really bad ! I couldn’t sleep at all !"
Cons: "I called in advance and asked for a vegetarian meal. Then during the flight they said they were not told about it. Also, they was only one movie as entertainment. That should not be allowed on an international flight >5 hours long. Very disappointed."

Cons: "It the plan landed on time we would have made the connecting light and the pilot has very poor English, so it was hard to understand important information once we landed."

Cons: "Rude flight attendants Rude gate / entry attendants No guidance was given to passengers prior to boarding regarding how long it would be until boarding so everyone was just standing around pushing toward the doors. Long, unorganized boarding process. Attendants just allowed everyone to gather in front of the doors so rude passengers pushed their way to the front and cut the "line." No tvs in the seats. I am vegetarian and was not given a vegetarian option! Very Inconsiderate of this airline. Even worse, the flight attendant basically told me that it was my fault because I didn't ask for one in advance. Extremely poor customer service! Had I been asked, I would have requested a vegetarian meal but I did not see that option when booking."
Cons: "They completely damaged my luggage bags, so much for paying to check in to have it returned broken, thorn and without wheels. I want a reimbursement for the ticket or the cost of 2 new suitcases."
Cons: "No room in business class overhead for our bags. Seats head little padding. Very poor quality biz class seats. Food mediocre and not edible. No bottled water."
Pros: "After not being alowed to board, due to oversold flight, a Copa assistant walked me back through customs and helped me find my bag which was nice of her."
Cons: "I was put on standby due to a “technical error” and then told I would not be able to board because the flight was oversold. Copa offered me a $400 voucher which I declined. Then I was told that it wasn’t negotiable. Sad that they wouldn’t offer more than $400 so that one of the other 100 passengers could have agreed to change."

Cons: "Characters difficult to type in on comment for in flight service. Turns out it is just for the entertainment interface so Alitalia confusing when rating."

Cons: "Entertainment screen and updated aircraft. Bogota to San Salvador flight was short and provided many inflight entertainment options and more comfortable seating ( leg room ). A this 6 hour flight was the opposite and extremely uncomfortable to be using an outdated aircraft for a long flight. I should have flown direct into LAX."

Pros: "We never too this flight as Avianca cancelled our original flight. Your partner in Airfare.com was absolutely zero help in helping us resolve the issue. They told me I had to contact Avianca directly to resolve the matter. The only flights they had available were on different days."
Cons: "I am still trying to get a refund from the airline for a flight that they knew I was never going to take. I will never use any sort of third-party service for booking anything again. What is the point using it if it will be zero help when I did not cause the changes that occurred??"

I like the plane , but i was 50 mts before my fly and they didn’t let me document my luggage, so they told my that I have to leave my luggage or buy an others tickets , because they didn’t want me to give me credit for the tickets I have so that is abuse from the company , and on the line it was 5 families with the same situation equal lime mine , I think they doing business with the tickets w people ,; Mexico has a bad working people, the rip money from turists, and is bad because give bad impression of the company that is aereomexico

Because I was told by 2 different people AND the flight announcement that I had to, it caused a lot of undue stress when I waited for my bag and it never showed up, because it was being sent all the way to Merida, my final destination. I thought my bag was lost, and I was scared flying to another country by myself, so it would have really helped my trip if they understood to tell me to look on my baggage receipt what city it said on there."

Cons: "Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!"

Cons: "One flight attendant was more than curt and impatient when taking food orders. Cabin announcement told passengers to check menu in setback pocket. There was no menu. Attendant didn't offer one until another passenger who overheard conversation requested menu. As a frequent United traveler BOS > SFO, normally a 5-6 hour flight, attendants always seem to be rushing, brusque."
Pros: "Our flight was 30 minutes late leaving which gave me a too quick layover. Newark Airport website doesn't advertise the bus terminals, just the trans (which means security) - but the flight attendants were so kind and told me exactly where to go to do the bus so I didn't miss my flight, although it was close!"
Pros: "If it weren't for the great staff, I'd give this flight a 1."
Cons: "The new seats only give the illusion of reclining. There isn't enough space to comfortably lean forward. I thought I'd be sleeping through this flight, however there was absolutely no way to get comfortable. I didn't go to SFO , I was redirected to LAX."
