Quick boarding, good customer service, and friendly staff.
When I booked online it was a little unclear that I would have to pay extra to check a bag. No problem but would make a better customer experience if I had been aware of this
I had a very rude and mean flight attendant. I was yelled at and wasn’t offered any beverages or food afterwards. I was ending a phone call with the rcmp and without rudely hanging up on him due to my truck being stolen and being out of the country for 11 days. I was yelled at from 6 rows away in a very arrogant rude tone for the whole plane to hear. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable for the rest of the flight as well as being in a bad mood. Not being offered any beverages or food afterwards also made for a long flight. Was not impressed in the slightest as I fly with west jet every week and have never had such a rude flight attendant.
Overall flight and connections were good. Board process was smooth and flight departed and arrived on time. Watch for baggage delays when arriving in Fort McMurray as they can sometimes be excessive. No entertainment provided on the smaller planes but most people have some form of entertainment with them.

Flight attendants were not pleasant at all. They had know clue what to do during the flight emergency.
The movie selection was great, the movie player barely worked.
The movie player/touch screen barely worked. The food is terrible.

Very high decibel high pitched noise from engines as we taxied to gate in PHL. VERY annoying. Lasted over 5 minutes. ALSO, i didnt need to print out own boarding passes. You could fix your website check in px.
I liked the way the AA gate supervisor too charge of the problem and solved it, with great deal of personal imvolvement and follow up. Also check-in crew was very much the best. I would say that AA showed the best of passages care to me. Truly outstanding.
Because of a mixup, though not of AA doing, I was literally forgotten at the gate. However, AA personnel showed the very best of can-do attitude and got me home for Thanksgiving. I am very proud of everyone working at AA at the TPA airport.
First Class seating was of course better than economy.
Flight to Maui had no Mai Tai drinks available, no heated towels, no dessert, barely any service from the flight attendant(s).
The waiting area at the Boston airport is poor. It is very small, rundown and with limited access to refreshments. It's ok but certainly not a selling point.

I almost missed my connection. No one cared. Staff in airport were downright cranky - all due to late incoming aircraft and yet more de-icing... why ever don't they allow time for that in November!!!
