Cons: "Paid extra for a little bit more leg room and ONE free drink which I had to remind them it was free. My seat didn't recline. My Tuscan Wrap was tasteless -- no it tasted like sawdust, and the food was not even complimentary with the "plus" charges like it is on Westjet. No preboarding traveling with a pet. ☹️"

Cons: "Plane was overweight due to the plane carrying luggage from a previous flight. This is poor logistics planning on Air Canada. We were delayed by an hour and waited inside the plane on the tarmac while they removed the extra luggage to reduce weight."

Cons: "No offer to have transportation to gate. I am disabled and had a very long walk."

Pros: "Calgary airport first and foremost went above and beyond for me. The flight then after was the same, friendly attendants, great smooth flight. 5 stars for staff."
Cons: "The headphones are bad, i had my own headphones so it was fine. I did go w the air canada ones first just out of convenience, but they were fuzzy, probably would have ruined the movies."

Pros: "This was a boring flight which is a good thing, no drama, no mechanical problems, no weather problems. More leg room than an overseas flight."

Cons: "Flight late (30 minutes) as mostly with Air Canada, fortunately not cancelled this time as also common with Air Canada short distance flights Not enough space in overhead compartments for carry on. The lady at the boarding makes it sound like that is the passengers fault."

Cons: "Many connecting flights jammed together F terminal at YYZ. SOME thing caused delay after delay. This really messed up baggage people. Once we boarded after like - 10 delays and a gate change, there were NUMEROUS whole-flight mixups with luggage - so many similar flight numbers traveling to same destination and whole flights awaiting their luggage. Our party of four had our luggage spread through THREE different planes. WTH? No customer service at DTW once we arrived and there were so many livid people. Absolutely awful. We were supposed to arrive at 5PM and it's now 3:11AM. My son just completed filing a luggage claim loss. And we are off to drive home to Grand Rapids two hours away. Nightmare."

Pros: "The crew to Calgary was wonderful. Flights were on time. Airbus was comfortable and quiet."
Cons: "The crew from Calgary to Toronto was average - not pleasant...."

Cons: "For an overnight flight I would have expected the lights to be turned off, or at least dimmed. My plan to sleep and enjoy my day of return did not go ask planned."

Cons: "We were already running late when during take off, one of the engines malfunctioned and we had to emergency break on the runway and go back to the gate. Because it was unexpected, we had to wait even longer for a gate to become available. We then had to re go through customs and get our bags then wait in line again at the counter to schedule our flight for the next day. Thankfully we were given a hotel room and money for food. Very scary experience overall on the runway, but they tried to handle it as smoothly as possible under the unusual circumstances."

Cons: "I was stuck in immigration for about an hour. The screening process at this airport is so laborious. You have to wait on a bench until they call your name and they don't care if your flight is about to be boarding. I understand that immigration is necessary but they could at least have people form a queue instead of having us wait for our names to be called. I told them that my flight would be boarding in 25 minutes and they told me "Oh, don't worry, they'll just put you on the next flight". But when I got to my airline to check in, they charged me $150. I needed that $150 to pay some bills when I got back home."

Cons: "The flight was delayed which is fine. I attempted to go to the desk for a food voucher but they didn't have enough workers and were focused on getting people with connections onto another flight and told me to wait. When we reboarded, we were offered vouchers for the airport we were leaving that would expire the next day, which is essentially useless."

Pros: "The flight back to Newark was good. Boarding was smooth and crew kept walking around with water to keep everyone hydrated."
Cons: "The plane was old and cramped and entertainment system had issues. Movie choices were not that great."

Cons: "-majority of tvs were shorted out and not working -plane was heavily delayed so didn't make second transfer flight -one attendant gave us wrong directions to next gate at LAX -LAX airport was under heavy construction which delayed gating gate to gate -Customer service offered no options to how to get to San Diego -now we are in debt with a car rental, gas, and having to go back to the airport twice for the baggage -most likely won't be using United Airlines again"

Pros: "This was the absolute worst experience of my life. Out flight from Calgary to LAX was on the complete other side of the airport than our connector to San Diego. After a delay we had a short amount of time to get to the next flight. We literally were told to just cross the parking lot. Well... that ended up being a 25 minute run across the airport to only have to go thru security again. After navigating construction and parking structures we got to our gate 10 minutes late and would not be let on the flight. There was zero communication, sympathy or help from the United Airlines staff. We were told it was not their problem because we came in through Air Canada- BUT we booked through United! All in all it was an absolute nightmare that ended in us renting a car at 12am and driving back to San Diego with zero compensation from United Airlines"

Cons: "Being next to toilets at bulkhead. People queing for bathroom in the extra leg space. I was on the outside seat and people constantly brushed past me and often grabbed hold of the moveable TV set in the dark to steady themselves knocking it. I paid extra money and had more problems. Listened to constant bathroom flushing and odors. Not ideal!"
