Pros: "I love that the plane has extra space available between seats (with no one in the middle) & that everyone was encouraged to keep their mask on at all times."
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best."
Cons: "Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight."

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....
Cons: "Food was bland and simple (Aeroméxico offers slightly better, would look to model after amazing Air Asia setup) and would add more movies to the inflight entertainment system. But overall, all good!"
Pros: "I asked to be seated next to my travel partner at check and was told it was done. But I ended up in the last row and he was in row 17.....So much for being a frequent flyer on Copa. Plus there was no over head compartments in the back of the bus for carry one. The staff was not truthful not helpful."

I mentioned it to the agent when I boarded and he replied “No, that’s not true” when I was seeing who was boarding and when... if families with children were called... even single travelers were boarding the general boarding line... nobody really cared"
Cons: "I had been checked in and when I arrived at the gate they told me and my 13 year old son that we could not fly on our direct flight to Medellín because it was overbooked and they had decided to change planes. Absolutely ridiculous, it was about 20-30 passengers that were denied boarding, including us. They sent us on a plane through Bogota, then to Medellín, arriving 7 hours later and only with a dumb breakfast voucher. I spoke to them that I had an important medical appointment for which I was travelling for, it did not matter. They made no no accommodations whatsoever."

Cons: "Sadly while doing my check in in Cali Colombia the guy doing it which work for Avianca stole my cellphone I left it on the counter for like 15 seconds turn around and he was gone supposedly he had shift change that's very upsetting since anybody could give info they didn't know anything"

Cons: "Awful baggage experience. Forced to check my carry-on and pay an absurd fee even tho (1) it is sized for the overhead bin, (2) the plane bins were well-sized, and (3) there were few passengers on board. Time and money wasted."
Cons: "Latam Airlines has the worst service for the fare paid. We were charged for two carry on bags while other passengers with same bags didn’t have to pay. Crew gave us stupid explanations to justify charging us like you are in the boarding group 7 which we never asked to be placed. It’s the airline business to choose some passengers to charge $100000 Colombian pesos for getting bags, and then after being forced to pay for the bags crew doesn’t give a receipt so we wouldn’t have proof of the fraude. Charging for bags is at discretion of crew. When buying the tickets for me and my family I checked the policy about luggage and the website doesn’t state about being charged for getting regular size bags like ours."

Cons: "The services is good, but they do not do it with a smile on their face. I asked for a cup of water and both times it took them about 10 minutes to get me that cup. The crew always seems to be bothered to serve the customer. There is also a big difference between services going straight to Santiago on the 787 and to Peru on the 767. I understand the plan (767) is older and that does not bother me. What bothers me is the disparity in service between the two. I received great service the first time I traveled on LATAM, ever since then they have disappointed. I do not understand what is going on with them."

Cons: "On the first leg of my trip, the time shown on the boarding pass was the time I needed to be at the gate. For this leg of the trip, the time on the boarding pass was the time the plane left. I arrived at the gate at the time the boarding pass said and the plane had already left. I am traveling to my father's funeral and the only option I had was to rebook for an additional cost of $600. Extremely upset."
